This came with NO instructions as to how to use it! With no experience, even what YT videos I found, I didn't know which button to push to turn it on or activate a command. I had to phone my grandson. Once I figured that out, the only problem I had was the download time (my internet speed to blame) over 6 hrs. Once playing, this game console is GREAT!
