    My son loves the new updated version of his Xbox series s that he received for Christmas! The ease of ordering in store and picking it up when it arrived was an easy task! The only problem was the version I ordered with the associate had a one month free subscription to fubo which was not what I received... Overall it was a great experience and definitely will be back to best buy!

    The product was as directed. I am more impressed with the customer service who (i'm disabled, can't walk well), he took our trade ins, and i said i have to go get the item. he pointed to the xbox. he says maam, i got it for you :) The same when I had to replace my pc at christmas.
