Damaged box looks bad can’t display box because of the damage.

Every time I sign off, it won’t sign back on without resetting the whole console and creating a new account… don’t know what to do.

Device did not work. Best Buy sent us to a 3rd party. Online customer service was super rude and zero help.

Gaming isnt the same like it used to be.. Everything is subscription based and you don't really own the games with the console being digital only.

I’ve been having trouble recovering items that I had purchased and still till this day haven’t received anything still waiting and still having issues.

Not worth it anymore. I retuned it after microsoft made a terrible mistake to price out the consumer

Ordered for a gift left in box till bday took out, xbox packaging crushed, box open and when turned out was already registered clearly a returned item that i paid full price for talked to customer service refused any help on exchanging item. So upsetting

Game was not what we expected will be returning today

I bought it 2 years ago when I got my paycheck from my last job. I literally said I was going straight to best buy and grabbing a new Xbox. The first thing I did was download Arma Reforger. (If you're a PC player chances are you know the series) a game I didn't believe that was on Xbox since it was a exclusive only to PC as far as I know. It's so small and compact I could fit everything I need including a crappy Chromebook and a potato asus laptop as well. And still have room. Now since I've been running what I nicknamed "big Bertha" the base Xbox One surprisingly it was a model that was produced in the first year of production. I got it 50 bucks. The loading times and Framerate was not bad but when compared to the Series S it was night and day. If anyone has played GTAO on 360 or on PS4 or XB1 knows about the horrid load times to get into a session. (Only to get blown up by oppressor). Now some cons; the I don't like the fact that in the 2020s we still have to pay a subscription to play a game we spent our hard earned money on. But I guess that's what happens when you don't spend 1k+ on a PC. Either way it's a good purchase. Consider grabbing one with some kontrolfreeks. Trust. (I play too much destiny) -StrykinStorm

Broke at 5 times using an only had for 1-1/2 months

We purchased this Xbox for my son and it has been an amazing addition to our home. Setup was quick and easy, and the graphics and performance are impressive. He absolutely loves it, and it’s been a great way for him to relax and have fun. Definitely a great purchase, very happy with it!

I was so happy that the item was in stock!!! I received my daughters XBox the same day i ordered it witin a few hours i was shocking, happy and pleased as this was a Christmas gift and last but not least im grateful Best Buy accepted after pay for this purchase which allowed me to purchase and see the huge smile on my daughter's face !!! Thanks for such a great experience!!!

Super easy to set up and get controller connected. Love that it came with batteries. Only took a few minutes to create an account. Picking it up was a breeze too. Just placed my order online and got to pick it up curbside. Overall super good experience! Definitely recommend.

Works great , would recommend this product. Its smaller than the xbox 1, so it’s convenient to take with you.

Got this for my son for Christmas and he uses it everyday. You can get an ultimate game pass and it gives you a ton of options for games and it includes fortnite crew

A great console for the price the graphics are a lil on the low side compared to series X but is still great console

Something i liked about it it easy to pack or carry when you are going on a trip and if you turn it off and you turn it back on it save where you were in the game you were playing and it loads fast.

This was the first Xbox that I ever purchased and I love it so it much, it’s great and I play on it at least once a day everyday! :)
