Digital x box sucks . HDMI port is easy damage . This is. My second one in 4 months . I have to rebuy it because I had geek squad warranty for 2 years that I paid 60 and it broke within 3 months and instead of replacing they gave me store credit and 60 I paid for geek squad is gone . No x series available in house over a week so have to get stuck with this mess again . Geek squad is worthless

Product was defective and service was horrible. Terrible process working with third party sellers as well. I have spent a ton of money at best buy over my life but this interaction lost me as a customer. I'd recommend a better system if you all third party products on your website.

Not a fan of the "no disc" slot bc my old games sit around with no purpose.

Oh my god, I'm a PlayStation fanboy, but this thing is so amazing. Everything down to the last detail is perfect with this console...Kind of. The console's build is very compact, lightweight and comfortable. It's easy to transfer the console from spot to spot in your home, houses, long-distance areas, everywhere, it's insanely easy to transport this thing. However, like everything, every port is at least 72.5% flimsy. Not to say that this is Microsoft's fault, it's a fault overall with every type of HDMI port, even the PS5. The console however with me can get uncomfortably hot around the vent and panels (which I'm not too upset about because this happens because of the demand for processing power.), however the fan is LOUD which is the only issue I have. The controller also feels great and actually is really comfortable to play with. However, it took less than 3 months to get drift in mine which I put up with before I bought the SCUF Instinct Pro Performance controller which is expensive but great. The storage is admittedly the worst part of this system honestly. With only 512GB base, its extremely difficult to keep games installed and makes you constantly have to uninstall something to install a semi-decently sized game. Aside from that, if you're a casual gamer who doesn't want to pop a ton of money into a gaming console, the Series S is an absolutely perfect and amazing option for anyone.

Damaged box looks bad can’t display box because of the damage.

Every time I sign off, it won’t sign back on without resetting the whole console and creating a new account… don’t know what to do.

Device did not work. Best Buy sent us to a 3rd party. Online customer service was super rude and zero help.

Gaming isnt the same like it used to be.. Everything is subscription based and you don't really own the games with the console being digital only.

I’ve been having trouble recovering items that I had purchased and still till this day haven’t received anything still waiting and still having issues.

Not worth it anymore. I retuned it after microsoft made a terrible mistake to price out the consumer

Ordered for a gift left in box till bday took out, xbox packaging crushed, box open and when turned out was already registered clearly a returned item that i paid full price for talked to customer service refused any help on exchanging item. So upsetting

Game was not what we expected will be returning today

I bought it 2 years ago when I got my paycheck from my last job. I literally said I was going straight to best buy and grabbing a new Xbox. The first thing I did was download Arma Reforger. (If you're a PC player chances are you know the series) a game I didn't believe that was on Xbox since it was a exclusive only to PC as far as I know. It's so small and compact I could fit everything I need including a crappy Chromebook and a potato asus laptop as well. And still have room. Now since I've been running what I nicknamed "big Bertha" the base Xbox One surprisingly it was a model that was produced in the first year of production. I got it 50 bucks. The loading times and Framerate was not bad but when compared to the Series S it was night and day. If anyone has played GTAO on 360 or on PS4 or XB1 knows about the horrid load times to get into a session. (Only to get blown up by oppressor). Now some cons; the I don't like the fact that in the 2020s we still have to pay a subscription to play a game we spent our hard earned money on. But I guess that's what happens when you don't spend 1k+ on a PC. Either way it's a good purchase. Consider grabbing one with some kontrolfreeks. Trust. (I play too much destiny) -StrykinStorm

Broke at 5 times using an only had for 1-1/2 months

We purchased this Xbox for my son and it has been an amazing addition to our home. Setup was quick and easy, and the graphics and performance are impressive. He absolutely loves it, and it’s been a great way for him to relax and have fun. Definitely a great purchase, very happy with it!
