I am more impressed with the customer service who (i'm disabled, can't walk well), he took our trade ins, and i said i have to go get the item. he pointed to the xbox. he says maam, i got it for you :) The same when I had to replace my pc at christmas. No thank him. TY to the best buy in schaumburg
