Small light weight yet still operates with exceptional speed

Perfect xbox for kids, it’s lightweight, affordable, low maintenance, and can play all the newest games (as of 2026) that their friends at school are playing like fortnite. It’s also good for casual gamers who want an affordable console that can still play the newest games. Simply put, If you have experienced the ps4 or xbox one and want a new console, this is an upgrade. If you have played on a series x or ps5 and want a new console, this is a downgrade.

Made the mistake to buy the 512gb instead of the 1TB but overall it’s really good.

The look on my son’s face was priceless when I surprised him with this gift. He loves it!

I recently purchased an Xbox series S for my son. He plays on the computer, but it needs more space more graphics. Given the recent surge in pricing, especially on technology I opted to buy an Xbox instead of upgrading his computer. It gives you 120 frames per second and it’s built to last. I highly recommend.

I've been playing the Xbox since 2014 when I got the Xbox One. In 2018 I got the Xbox One S and in 2025 I finally got the Xbox Series S with my brother. It's great for sure to finally be able to play games I want but I was also severely disappointed that Microsoft decided to raise their prices on everything gaming related. Thats why this gets A 4 star instead of a 5.

It's been a few months, this is my first ever console in my life and I am pretty happy with it! I got this like the very end of January, the 30th, actually, and it's July 27 as I write this and all is well, howeverrrr... if I could give 4.5/5 I would because my controller has stick drift already, I don't even play heavily or play heavy games (mainly only Overwatch).

The Xbox Series S is small, quiet, and fits nicely into any setup without taking up much room. Downloading games is quick, and everything feels fast and smooth when you’re playing. It’s a good option if you like having all your games digital and want something simple to use.

Amazing product. Waited for a long time to get my significant other an upgrade from the previous generation. On one of her first games she even managed to set her best game ever.

Works wonderful! Great graphics and runs exactly as expected. The smaller size is also easier for travel and doesn’t take up as much space on a desk.

Purchased at the union square best buy, had lots of questions on x box gaming systems and most of my questions was answered by the best buy workers! Have not used it yet but hope it works

Great console, love that disks are no longer required for games, avoiding disks being scratched or misplaced! Game pass is also a great feature! I just wish it came with more internal storage considering you have to download all of the games onto the device.

It was a Christmas present for my son. It was very easy for my son to set it up to his television. He's been enjoying playing games with his friends.

Xbox has always been my childs choice gaming system...hers needed to be replaced due to the HDMI port going out(after however many years since being bought on origianl S series release), and she wanted the same console. No complaints about Xbox Series S.
