Highly recommend it if you are new to gaming, only game every once in a while, a kid, or a teen! I have an external hard drive (HHD) hooked to it for extra storage:) Really simple to use. Can't go wrong if you don't like to get up to change out games. It's ALL digital. XBOX has deals on games all the time, so it's easy to go into the game shop and see if something cheap catches your eye or that certain game you've been wanting finally goes on sale! The controller batteries do not last long. I would recommend a battery pack or a docking charger! Mine only lasted less than a month.

After many failed attempts to purchase a PS5 and Xbox Series x, I got lucky and nabbed the Xbox Series S. I’m a PlayStation guy but I did own a few Xbox 360s and the original Xbox and I’m really liking the backwards compatibility. There aren’t any series x/s games out atm that interest me but I’m really enjoying faster loading and smoother gameplay on the older games available on game pass. With all that said, I’m happy with my purchase.

I pleasantly surprised by the performance and graphics quality of this Series S. Got it at a great price after using my Best Buy rewards. Despite being 1440p, the resolution is an after thought at the distance we sit from our TV. The steady 60 fps makes a world of a difference. I’m loving this system more than I thought I would. We love our PlayStations and glad we now have an Xbox as well. Gaming heaven.

Great graphics compared to older models. Both new Xbox graphics and performance wise are pretty much the same beside storage capacity which sucks because it’s the digital only version and you have to download all your games. Which storage capacity doesn’t allow you to download too many games. However buy a 5tb external hard drive like I did which you would probably have to do with the x series any. So this way your about 430$ in versus 630$. So I’d choose the more cost efficient unit.

This console is dope for the price. A must buy. Only downside is no cd slot but I buy digital anyways.

I purchased this to replace an older larger xbox. The size of this unit is perfect with no large power brick. The hard drive is small, however, picked up a 4T and have loads of space. I can easily see the visual difference on this model over my older one. The load times are way down now. Great compact unit if your looking for a smaller unit that outperforms the older xbox this is the one.

The game console is small and fits anywhere. Very lite and easy to work. Graphics are superb.

Purchased this for my brother who is a semi-Xbox gamer, and it was such a good deal that my best friend and other brother went and bought their own after. A great deal for a gamer who wants the option of modern titles without the bulk and price of a Series X.

Excellent console that I’ve had now for a year and it has not let me down at all. Furthermore, this console is entry level with low space and a cheap price. Also, with three HDMI plugins it’s very useful and has an amazing performance.

Just as powerful as disc version and plays any game disc version does. Also $200 cheaper.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my thoughts on the Xbox Series S. I recently got mine and I have to say, it arrived in great condition! The price was also really good, which made it even more exciting. The only downside I found was the storage. It's a bit limited, so you might need to manage it wisely. But overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and can't wait to dive into some awesome gaming sessions!

The fast load times and the upgraded graphics are such a blessing. This won’t disappoint.
