This is a great gift for gamers of all ages. However if you have a true gamer, this is definitely not enough storage space and I would recommend getting additional storage perhaps 2 terabytes which you can also purchase from best buy. The set up was easy however it does require a phone that you can download an xbox app to complete the process. Purchasing games is an easy process so if you are purchasing for a child I would recommend putting a pin on because getting a refund for unapproved purchases is quite a hassle. Other than that this is an amazing purchase for the price point. Happy Gaming!!

Small, light, easily portable. If your looking for a new system and don’t want to pay top dollar this is the one to get.

I was very hesitant to buy the Series S instead of the Series X. I pride myself on always having the best, most up to date tech available and, on paper, this isn’t it. However, with the Series X in such short supply, I purchased this as a placeholder until I could find a Series X. I am so glad that I did. This device renders at lower resolutions than it’s bigger brother, meaning that the picture is not quite as clear, but sitting on my couch and viewing it from a normal viewing distance, I can barely tell. I would never recommend this for a gaming desk setup, because the differences in rendering resolution and slightly dialed back effects are going to be obvious to people sitting 2-4 feet away from their screen. In a living room setup on the other hand, where most people sit about 10 feet away from their screens, this looks really great! Even being the great big tech-geek that I am, I’m considering skipping the more expensive Series X and just sticking with my Series S. I have to imagine that if I’m happy with it, the majority of people definitely would be as well.

A lot of power in such a small box! The next gen has arrived and this is one of least expensive ways of making that transition. A total move away from physical discs you get the performance and glorious beauty of the next gen. The only caveat is you will run out of storage especially with big games such as COD-Cold War.

Enjoying my new XBox Series S. Performance is good for any games I have played and I play primarily on a 75" 4k tv. I do feel slightly limited with the lack of a disk drive on the unit and the storage space is definitely too small for anything more than half a dozen games, but I knew that going into the purchase. I will add that I seem to be limited to a download speed of ~250Mbps while direct wired to a gigabit connection. No idea why I can't go beyond that as every other device I have performs at max speed, but it's not a huge deal.

Small and compact good for taking it around with you when you want to hop on the game i love how fast it is and i recommend it for people to get a tate of the xbox world

Games look great and I love how small it is. Storage is enough for now. The only thing is that I do wish that I would have waited a little bit more for the Series X because it is nice to be able to buy used disc games for cheaper prices. There are a lot of games on Game Pass but I miss being able to buy new releases secondhand for much cheaper. For that reason and for the actual system differences, if I were to do it over again I would probably have just waited and paid a little more for the X.

This console is well worth the price. It’s runs very smooth and compare to the Xbox one X, there is no comparison. Only downfall is the internal hard drive is not big enough to store a full library of games, but this is not a big issue for me. I got this for the performance and it has been a super purchase for me!

I've always been an Xbox fan so with the new games coming out I had to upgrade. This system is smaller and more sleek than it's predecessor. I would recommend getting a larger hard drive

It is top of the line. I went from xbox one to this, well you can tell a big difference in graphics, and the playing part of the game is nice. You have a big thing like waiting for a game to load, not anymore. This thing loads ark great, it enhances everything. You can buy this and enjoy playing games all night long.

Awesome platform. Profomance is great no issues at all running games in the back ground. Storage space should be improved especially since this is a digital only system.

This Xbox is great for streaming and watching YouTube and Netflix, and sometimes playing games on it can be tricky cause it does overheat, but overall, it's a great Xbox

Excellent system, great graphics, and offers an extensive library. Love that this system does not require the discs that tend to get scratched fairly easily. The online play is a so much fun.

I bought this as a replacement for my fiancés old Xbox! He really likes the improved speed and different gaming options. One thing we noticed very quickly though is the limited amount of storage available. We will have to buy additional storage for him to have all his games. But other than that, we are happy with the purchase!

Such a great value for the price point! I have game pass for the next 3 years and this console is perfect for my needs. The console has such a low profile that it will fit in any entertainment setup. Cooling is also a non-issue with the huge fan. Highly recommended for those with game pass and not picky about hardware.
