The Xbox XS is truly an exceptional gaming console that stands out from the rest. Its outstanding level of performance is unmatched, making it the ultimate choice for any serious gamer out there. I'm really drawn to the Xbox XS when it comes to gaming consoles. It just has an incredible level of performance that really sets it apart from the competition. There's no doubt in my mind that this is the gaming console to beat if you're a serious gamer.

Best console ever its fast runs perfectly and very smooth

I was never into gaming, but decided to purchase this as a Christmas gift (FROM: me - TO: me). Man am I glad I did. This is easy to use. Easy to setup. I (personally) love the idea of being digital only. I’m not wanting a bunch of games laying around. This with an xBox Game Pass is PERFECT!!! I get to play so many games because of the pass. The console is sleek and performs great. I have not had any issues. The controller is easy to use and performs very well too.

It's almost amazing that the Series S retails for $300. Its small size is also a huge plus. I'm content to play digital games for now, so the lack of a disc drive is not a problem for me.

This is not the unit we I was looking to buy, it was the Xbox x version but had no choice but to gave up trying to find one! That said, this unit is fine for the price and can do the job

it runs pretty well on my 120hz monitor, runs fortnite, modern warfare, and rocket league smoothly (better than some gaming laptops!), and fits in a backpack for easy carry!

Preforms well smaller then a box of cereal so placing anywhere isn’t that hard about the quarter the size of the original Xbox one. Graphics are also a improvement.

So far so good. I'll start by saying I'm not the Xbox fanboy. I went for both systems but couldn't snag a PS5 but was able to get the series X and S on the first drop. Now for the series S, the console has been running very smoothly and is quiet. I've seen a noticeable difference in download speed which is a nice improvement. As for the temperature, I have noticed a fair amount of heat being put off after running for an hour on the same game as the series x model which isnt the best. It feels a bit like a small infrared heater. I did check the temperature of the series S model after an hour of 2k and it read out around 113 degrees fahrenheit. Overall the series x and the S are built very well.

Great console, the graphics are great. The only negative thing is the storage amount but if you don't play that many games you should have no problem.

Lots of fun with improved graphics over our old Xbox One. We really wanted a series X but even a year out they’re still being scooped by scalpers and impossible to get. When our Xbox One finally died, we ended up going with the Series S after a month of trying. Need all the fun toys working at home during the pandemic and it doesn’t seem like the X will be available any time soon. That said, this is an impressive little machine and I am glad we got it. It’s a huge upgrade and the graphics still look pretty great on our 4k TV. Best of all, we were able to pay a normal price without encouraging greedy scalpers.

Performs very wells for such a small console. Very good for light gaming at the end of the day. Really enjoyed playing titles such as Elden Ring

So small and compact but packs a huge processing power for gaming! Love the size but wish it would have a disk to I could use it for other thing than gaming. Worth the money though!

Awesome system....with one MAJOR flaw microsoft doesn't tell you about. I recently upgraded from my xbox one s to the series s and you can see a major difference in system speed, graphics etc. I had an external seagate drive attached to my one s and never had any issues. I assumed doing the same with this system wouldn't be a problem, however as you start to download games SPECIFICALLY designed for series x/s or cloud gaming, you are presented a message that because of the speed of the games, it has to be downloaded to the internal memory. So MAJOR drawback having only 512gb of internal memory. Now right now its not a huge issue because most games are not optimized for series x/s but when the gaming ramps up, space disappears quick. And unfortunately, xbox has said external drives even with usb 3.0 are not quick enough speed wise. So what does that mean? If you want to save more things on your xbox, you will need to purchase the additional seagate xbox ssd card which is 200$ for their lowest one. At that point, should have just purchased a series x.

Love the digital version. Most of my collection is digital, so I didn't mind getting this one. Games look amazing on it. Cyberpunk plays great on it. Loads times are super fast. Not disappointed.

Love this Xbox was the only one available otherwise would have got the bigger one but this one works good fast start up you would notice the difference if your coming from an older Xbox

First of all this thing is a beast. I love having it and game pass takes it to a whole other level. I like how small it is because I travel a lot so it goes with me. This is a must buy.

Its a great console if you are running on a budget. And it is extremely quiet and compact. Beautifully designed and solid controller.
