It is perfect for the kids and me. I would recommend this xbox console, it is faster than the original xbox one, less space but you can buy adapter for cheap.

Fantastic system for the money. If you don't really care about 4k, or just want something cheap to use Gamepass, this is the system to do it. It's a lot smaller than you can tell from the picture, so once you open it you will be surprised! Whisper quiet, super fast nvme ssd hard drive, great controller, it's worth the asking price plain and simple. I do suggest looking into the official add on hard drive when it drops in price as you will need more space. But if you just want to store games off to the side, a standard drive will work just fine as well. Happy gaming!

I was skeptical about getting one because I already had a PS5 but wanted this Series S for Gamepass and Emulation. Oh my what an aamzing device! I even bought the OG MW2 and been playing backwards compatibility games. You will not regret this little machine! I have also been playing a lot of PS2 games on this unit through developer mode. Must buy!!

Xbox has come a long way! I got this as a gift for my partner last year and he still uses it every day. It makes streaming movies, watching tv, playing games, and other entertainment options a breeze.

Had it for almost two years now. Still runs great and loads extremely fast. Small console, with lots of power.

I love my series s... So much so that I got a series x as soon as one was available. This is now my son's Xbox and is a great entry level next gen console.

Gamepass is amazing, I could play many genre games without purchasing them directly, and while also enjoy beautiful graphics and amazing performance.

It was cool best buy had this in stock when no one else could for more than 30 minutes but I returned it as game stop had a fresh stock of the series x under the all access bundle exclusively which meant scalpers couldn't out stock it, I plan on getting one of these later on though as the series xbox's play games smoother than anything else I've played and my pc has rdna1 specs, 4k is absolutely optional, just get a 120 display and get the all access bundle because it discounts gamepass for buying in bulk and the first week you will have over 500$ in games played :)

Definitely a step up from the previous gen, and does everything I want it to, but I will probably upgrade to the X in the future. Not a lot of onboard storage, but can use an external for legacy games. I'm happy with my choice at the moment though. It's a good entry into the current gen consoles.

I was surprised about the size of the xbox compared to previous model. Its very practical for console play and decent graphics for the price. It doesn't replace a PC but highly recommended forgiving fun! 2K is great for casual gaming. 4K recommend going with Xbox Series X

Really enjoy playing on this system. I love all the improvement they made to the system (i.e. load times, FPS, graphics) I will definitely getting one for my wife.

Fast Xbox load times are cut by 95%. Fortnite takes seconds instead of minutes. GTA is about 50% faster at loading. Games run incredibly smooth. Just make sure you close your games in the background they will slow down your Xbox. Download times are 95% FASTER worth every penny.

Great console , next gen games for an very affordable price, it lacks a little bit of memory but you should be able put 4/5 games without problem

Bought this for a gift and my boys love it! Faster and more compact than our previous Xbox. I was worried about the GB space but not an issue.

Very good design and controller. Crisp movement and the remote play was almost seemless. Combined with game pass, this is the ultimate entry level next gen console. I will be getting the x for the 4k/120 but I'll hate to let this go.

So light and fast, I couldn't be happier, it has everything from the new generation at a good value. In the future I will get an external SSD.

I upgraded to an Xbox Series X, but this Xbox Series S was great value for the performance it provided. A fantastic entry-level console.
