not that much storage can only hold like 3 games kind of disapointing

So happy with the size and weight of this Xbox. Nowadays we don’t the disk port so it’s perfect only thing is the storage is smaller or easily used

If you’re like me and can’t find a Series X in stock anywhere and wanted an Xbox to play the new Forza and Halo then the Series S is your only option. It’s a wonderful little system that packs quite a bit of horsepower in its small size. My only issue, and it’s a big one, is the lack of a disc drive for backwards compatible physical games from the 360 and original Xbox generation. Also the controller feels like a Fisher Price toy in comparison to the PS5 Dual Sense and still retains that signature clicky dpad.

I thiufht the whole "upgrade" thing was fake hut it truly is a step up with the extra hardware. There is so much detail and less of that grainy vision with this. Plus the fast switch is pretty epic as well. Worth the money. Jus make sure u got a 4k TV able to do 120hz to truly enjoy all it has to offer

For what it is it's great. I already have a Series X so this is for travel and the other room. Microsoft's cloud saves make this viable. I got a cheap but nice travel case on Amazon to make this a travel Xbox when needed. It's ridiculously small size is perfect for packing.

My son loves his console this is strictly the new generation that is on digital so anything digital from your other Xbox console will transfer over with no problem once you sign in And you can hook up other storage devices you do not need the $200 storage device!

i love it! i love how small it is, i can connect it to my monitor or the living room tv without a hassle. fast downloads. silent weapon forsure, doesn’t sound like the ps4’s jet engine. the graphics are amazing! not 4k but still HD. i’d definitely purchase again- maybe to keep one at the girlfriends house. 5stars!

Had the system for about 2 months at the time of me writing this review so the pros: no load times, a ton of games (if you have gamepass), easy interface, easy setup. cons:it runs really hot I first saw speculation about it when they first dropped back in November and thought it was bs turns out no it actually runs hot especially in comparison to the ps5 that runs way cooler ,now idk if that’s a space issue or what but it’s quite concerning being it’s hot no matter if your standing it up or on it’s side I wish Microsoft would address this issue.

Next Gen is the way to go if you are trying to play the new games. Everything runs exceptionally faster than previously. Only problem is storage. You can fit probably only 3 games in the Xbox and you can’t use any external hard drive storage to store more X|S specific games. I wish I knew this before because you essentially have to purchase their internal storage expansion card which is already at least another $200 which at that point it would be better to just get the Series X.

This and Game Pass... Best deal in gaming. Nuff said

I was initially concerned that I wouldn’t like this as much as I would have liked a Series X, but I really love this device! It’s perfect as a GamePass machine, and is small and does not take up much space. Seriously, it’s like the size of a Wii. I got the disc enabled PS5, but this is a perfect compliment to that.

Unexpectedly powerful for such as small box. We bought this as the "2nd Xbox" for the bedroom and I wasn't expecting much. However I've been able to play Assassin's Creed Valhalla at 60 fps after the latest update and it's incredible. The graphics clearly aren't as crisp as the Series X, but for the price the Series S offers great value.
