This system is amazing. Easy set up and operation for children and adults. Recommend chargeable batteries as regular batteries do not last long in the controller.

What can I say, next gen consoles are where it’s at. I don’t own a 4K tv or monitor yet so I’m literally losing out on nothing with series s over the x except some storage space. Which would be my only complaint about this system, the hard drive is a bit small, and games like COD and Destiny 2 eat it up real quick. Still get the blazing fast load times and 60 FPS that series x offers though, which is really what I want. Love the Xbox ecosystem and operating system vs their rivals. Xbox game pass is a game changer, it’s a tad pricey for the service, but worth every penny will not go back to a console without it.

Great for traveling, amazing at 1440 or 1080. I got this for when I travel its smaller and lighter than my gaming Razer 15. I does great when I'm at the hotel and they only have 1080p TV. its small and light and you only need to bring the power cable, hdmi and a controller and your set. seems like my gaming computer is on par on graphics as well. If yo want a compact gaming console to travel with you for yourself or your kids this is the one to get and at the same time if you dont want to game and just watch streaming services this works to. I think the price is a bit high at 300 but at 250 which I feel it will be next year around the holidays it will come down in price.

So far no issues. I like the convenience of not having to worry about game boxes laying around and disks getting broken. The picture quality and graphics are pretty good. My son loves it!

Bought this for a friend who hadn't had a video game console in a long time. Been playing with him since. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Excellent product. The gaming unit is easy to hook up, set up and use. We have multiple units and they are all compatible with all of the controls.

I'm not a 'gamer', I've had an xbox360 for many years, played very rarely, and I was happy with that. I got this system because I wanted to play certain new games. I found it very easy to use and set up. I don't know enough about systems to compare graphics, but I can say that if you are hesitant and trying to buy your first game system, this is a great choice!

If you’re unsure what to get for next gen consoles this is an amazing option. The price tag alone is convincing enough to buy the series S but the power in this little guy is incredible.

Great little machine for the price. It has full backwards compatibility and I was able to play my old games without issues. Much better buy than a PlayStation.

It is a good game console, really very economical versatile and it works if you do not use disk games, its 120fps I think is evident in each game, but the truth is that its older sister the X series is much better. I recommend it for players who are starting and need a good console to enter the world of XBOX and gaming

I absolutely love this console! It’s well worth the upgrade from the Xbox one. I was uneasy about it at first to get it but it was definitely a great idea upgrading to this. Great price, great quality. Definitely would recommend getting this over any other console. Only downside is, if you want a lot of games, you need to purchase a storage device to go along with it.

If you are looking for the actual next-gen gaming experience, buy an Xbox Series X. If you are purchasing this for your kids, then it's perfect, but If you are an adult with a 4K TV, go with the XSX; trust me, you will be much better off. I will give Microsoft credit for the design of this console. It's great! However, they say it's made for 1440p gaming, and in my opinion, it is not; it's suitable for 1080p @ 60 FPS. The main issue is that most game developers still do not give many options for adjusting resolution and performance. There are games that this system should be able to run at 1080p @ 60 FPS with no issues, but it's not an option you can select. If game developers start to embrace more of the quality/performance options you get on PC, this system will be a bargain for $299.

Been awhile since i bought this but i have enjoyed it and so glad i got game pass made the purchase fully worth it

Most of us have been waiting for the next gen console to release and i am excited for the new Xbox Series S. Although i wasnt able to get the Series X, i am excited for the upcoming games like Halo, Call of Duty, Gears, NBA 2K, Cyber Punk. The new xbox design is pretty simple and basic. It doesn't look as impressive as the new PS5 but the hardware does get the job done. Graphics look amazing with 4K and you can use your old Xbox one controller. Overall, a great bang for your buck with the Series S if you are invested in digital content.

I love this Xbox. I use game pass almost everyday and it’s nice to constantly have something to play.

Great experience with online sales process. Best Buy is doing an admirable job keeping ‘resalers’ from snatching up every available Xbox. And friendly support during pick up.

I was mainly a Nintendo/Xbox gamer growing up but last gen I switched to PS4; this gen I got both the PS5 and the Xbox Series S for game pass and it is an amazing little console

Absolutely amazing gaming machine! This is the best route to go with next-gen gaming, if you don't need to use older disks, Blu-ray movies, or don't have a fancy 120Hz 4K TV. My 65" 4k Samsung upscales practically everything - including my games that run at 1440p. I bought a 4TB expandable HDD and now have over 70 games installed, thanks to Game Pass Ultimate. I used to only play PlayStation, since PS1/PS2, but this is some next level stuff - for only $299. Now that Bethesda is owned by Microsoft, there's a lot more to look forward to. I may be getting a Series X, once I upgrade to a 120hz TV, especially if Microsoft offers a good trade-in option
