I bought the holiday addition of the Xbox s and I'm really happy with it. For the money its totally worth it.

To preface, I'm very happy with my Series S. It's super small and portable. The SSD is so much faster than the SATA II disk drive in the xbox one x. The new features like quick resume and remote play are awesome. This would have been a five star review IF Microsoft had chosen to give the device more than 370-ish GB of usable storage. Current gen games take up 100-200GB of storage space in some cases. If games remain the same size or become larger the series S will not be future proof. The solution is to buy the wildly overpriced $220 1TB expansion card if you want SSD speeds, or buy a third party external drive and plug in via USB. With the Xbox One X Microsoft used what was at the time 10 year old storage technology. Microsoft just doesn't seem to understand how to properly implement storage into any of their consoles or they are knowingly trying to squeeze more money out of us. As of writing this I've filled up all of the consoles storage and 1TB of external storage. I refuse to purchase Microsoft's external SSD out of principal. The console really is a leap forward, I just don't appreciate when a company makes a conscious decision to do something that is extremely anti consumer.

I would highly recommend the Xbox Series S. It is small in size with a great gaming experience!

Love the small footprint of my Xbox Series S. No external power block required because power supply is built-in to the console. Backward compatibility, so plays most old Xbox games too. Fast load times so you can get to gaming right away. 512 Gb Internal storage only good for storing a few games, so need to get external drive for which you will sacrifice slower load times. Excellent upgrade from older Xbox One. But if you want better features and graphical enhancements, get the Xbox Series X.

I grabbed an Xbox series x on release and have been enjoying it. However, my nephew wasnt able to so I grabbed him a console to get him into the next generation. This console doesn't have all the bells and whistles of its bigger brother, but you are getting the next generation perks without the resolution. This is perfect for someone still rocking a 1080p display. Now, it does upscale on a 4k TV and it's marketed as a 1440p machine, but this is really for 1080p displays. I played this on my nephews TV and it looked great. The thing about this new generation is SPEED. The games and worlds load so fast.a great purchase.

No issues, plug and play, this is my first xbox and got the game pass and like it very much

My son loves it! I like that he can play games but not communicate with other people. Thank you for this option.

Having fun with this console. It’s great if you use Gamepass or stick with downloading games.

I bought this for my child and she loved it. Its easy to carry around if needed and plug it in and your done.

Upgraded from my Xbox One and since im not gaming as much anymore this was the perfect option and alot more sleek

This is an excellent machine for the price. The Xbox Series S combined with Gamepass Ultimate may be the best deal going in gaming right now. If you’re on the fence just know that the price to performance is there. You’re getting a great product. The SSD alone, while not huge, offers such an increase in performance that it makes it worth the upgrade from something like the One X. It may not be as powerful as the Series X, but for someone on a budget, doesn’t have a 4K tv, doesn’t care about 4K, or just simply can’t get there hands on a series X or PS5, you’re making a great choice with the Series S!

The overall console is amazing, great performance, looks amazing, the only knock is the storage if you’re gonna buy one i opt to spend the extra money to get the 1tb version or get an internal expansion card.

Teen daughter loves the portability. I got this on sale and was very happy with the quality.

The Xbox work’s amazing and hasn’t given me no issues at all exactly purchase.

I love the convience of having the ultimate pass so that i can download games on here as well as my PC

I have a love hate relationship with this Xbox. It holds many games, doesn't over heat, never has any issues. I absolutely hate that my son plays on it every chance he gets. He would play this for an entire day without breaks if I allowed it. Only problem we have encountered is that after almost 2 years the remote control is having some issues but that was expected

This system is great for kids that lose and damage game disk also It helps have a cleaner looking game set up as all it comes with is a hdmi and power cord.

Games load extremely fast unlike the xbox one the quick resume feature is great for people that flip flop between games bringing you straight into the action

My son loves it has no complaints, good price point and has a new sleek nice look. If your into gaming, buy it
