The only issue was the delivery guy dropping the box with the console over the wall & the box falling on concrete. That is not a way tho handle this kind of packages.

Got a great deal on this console, haven't played with it yet, it's a Christmas gift. Pick up at the store was a breeze, showed my ID and they scanned my order number right in the line, and off I went.

Buying this seems to limit the games you can buy on sale. Example...Hard copy games go on sale all over the place. So if you have the big Xbox you can take advantage of these deals. But with this Xbox you seem limited to only digital sales. You also seem to be paying for a device that gives you the privilege of paying a monthly fee, forever to get more use out of it then your tablet. It’s like having to buy the cable box at your home and then having to dish out cash every month to use.

Takes hours to set up and actually start playing games, very co fusing to play multi player with people who ar win the same room! Asked to sign in dozens of times in one sitting, across every game we attempted to download. The games take hours to download (and we have decent wifi) and the console only holds a handful of games or you have to buy additional storage. No comparison to ps experience.

Absolutely hate the user interface, the way it's set up, and the way that to play more than 3 games you have to shell out another 200$ so you might as well not even buy this one. Microsoft loves draining people dry.
