Cheap but has visual errors already after a few days of buying it.

no hdmi input is a bummer, technically inferior as a media hub than the Xbox one X.

Not a true next gen console. I"d recommend waiting to get a PS5

My only complaint is that it is not available in black. I own the Series X for my main gaming room and purchased this one to be able to jump on from bedroom when kids need help or wanting to join in and the primary system was in use.

Is so happy that i brought this for him. He love how fast and responsive the console and the load time is excellent.

Product was a Christmas gift for my son. It seemed nice at first. We connected it to a newer model tv that will allow ultimate performance. The console overheats after 3 hours of use and game freezes constantly. So unfortunate because no other consoles are available to purchase.

Bought this in December for my daughter. In February, it stopped working all together. In Less than 3 mths. I had to get ahold of Microsoft, because i did not get "a protection plan" with best buy. Microsoft said they will try refurbish, fix issue and if not able to then maybe replace, even though we have not havr the box close to 3 mth. I bought a new Xbox, 1 yr manufacturer warranty and less than 3 mths later u are telling me that u will " repair" and not replace??? Ridiculous, disappointed!

It’s good to see these back in stock. Got this for my son and he loves it. The X is now for dad and the S for my boy.

Tha package is damaged but it is in good shape. I did not set up it yet.

My son loves this XBOX. Although he plays mostly on PC, says the XBOX is great for online gaming with his friends.

Making whirring noises while disconnected. It has less storage space than advertised

It was an open box purchase, that was said to have just been returned. System works fine, but the controller does not work effectively. The buttons stick and one doesn’t even work.

Boyfriend hasn’t put the remote down since I bought it. Definitely recommend purchasing with the Xbox membership.

Be aware that many games crash on this console, It is a great next gen console but it’s compromised because it cannot perform because games keep crashing. I returned mine and will not purchase again. I spent about $200 on digital content, couldn’t get to enjoy my games because of a crashing issue that seems consistent with other users reporting the same thing. Civilization VI crashes, NBA 2k22 crashes, NFL 22 crashes….., its not worth it because you cant even use it to its full capacity due to crashing problems that are known. Check for these issues via YouTube, Reddit, Qoura, Etc., this issue is known even for the series X.

Purchased as Christmas gift so item not in use at this time.
