Disappointing Christmas Gift

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this system from Best Buy as a Christmas gift from “Santa.” Today is Christmas Day and the device will not turn on at all. We will have to return it once stores are open again and it looks like we may not find a replacement any time soon. In addition to this, my son received a Fire TV from Amazon. Again, today on Christmas, we unboxed it only to find that the screen was so severely cracked that you couldn’t see anything on it. While Christmas for my son isn’t ruined, his two main gifts were huge letdowns. He isn’t a kid to verbally let anyone know that he’s disappointed, but it’s obvious. I’m disappointed, too.

Not sure if Microsoft is having issues with their dev portion but mine had to be reset 3 times in two days. Took it right back and no replacements in stock of course. Also just glitchy. Never buying an Xbox item ever again

Since I purchased this console it worked for a week and after that it never worked. I was with XBOX Support more than 15 times. They replaced the device with another one and with the replaced one also a crappy one. They made me to send the second one also back to Microsoft and now I am waiting for the second replacement one. They haven't speed-up the process and it's been more than 10 days I sent my second one and waiting. Totally a crappy console. DONT BUY XBOX SERIES S. I don't even recommend this not even to my enemies (if I have). Worse Worse Worse product
