We're sorry that your new Xbox Series S doesn't meet expectations. If you're running low on storage, you have a couple of options. The best solution is to invest in the Seagate SSD 1TB Expansion Card for Xbox Series X/S, which will add 1TB of SSD storage to your console. Another solution is to add a standard external hard drive, which can be used to store and play Xbox 360 and Xbox One games that have not been enhanced for Xbox Series X/S.

I bought this as a gift and took it out of the country for my brother and when he connected it, the Xbox was not the correct one and they did not make an extension to return the product with me being out of the country.

Do not buy this then buy your children Xbox series X games with "Smart Delivery" assuming that means you get the option for a digital copy as that is not the case. You will need to either return the opened game(s) or the opened Xbox. Either way, "middle option" makes a mess of Christmas morning if you don't spend hours researching. Also, given the average game size of 50-100 GB, you can only store a few games with 350 usable GB of memory in the Series S.
