Sold a broken Xbox

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it wasn’t paying attention cause it was new and working but got sold it with broken hdmi prongs had it 2 months it stopped working was told they won’t fix it I spend an overwhelming amount of money at best but thousands a year but I will no longer be buying from Best Buy

Dont fall for gamepass marketing. Its not worth the money. Only reason to get this is for children 5-13 who want a console for whatever reason. Or someone who hasnt played any games in decades too

On top of that, I didn’t get a controller and was not compensated at all. Very upsetting. When I spoke to a customer service representative, Marvin, he was very rude and disrespectful, when I asked for someone else, he told me to hang up and call back. Would upload pictures for proof but I had to send it to Microsoft to get fixed because Best Buy won’t help me.

We will have to return it once stores are open again and it looks like we may not find a replacement any time soon. In addition to this, my son received a Fire TV from Amazon. Again, today on Christmas, we unboxed it only to find that the screen was so severely cracked that you couldn’t see anything on it. While Christmas for my son isn’t ruined, his two main gifts were huge letdowns. He isn’t a kid to verbally let anyone know that he’s disappointed, but it’s obvious. I’m disappointed, too.
