He just wants to play “next gen” games. So far we have no problems doing that. Also the size is perfect!

Just know.. all previous xbox one x 4k enhanced Backwards compatible titles will be in 1080p running the Xbox one version, but nevertheless this console is a MONSTER. runs Microsoft Flight sim flawlessly and that is basically a high end computer game.

It runs the game at 1080p with a consistent 60fps, even my $800 pc has trouble running the game at 1080p high settings with a consistent 60fps, i like it so much i went ahead and bought 2 more for my 2 nephews. 10/10
