We're glad that you're enjoying your new Xbox Series S for the most part. If you need more storage space, we have a couple of suggestions. For best results, we recommend investing in the Seagate Expansion Storage Card for Xbox Series X/S, which adds 1TB of solid state drive space and is designed for use with games enhanced for Xbox Series X/S. Alternatively, you may also connect a standard external hard drive, which can be used to store games and play Xbox games that are not enhanced for Xbox Series X/S.

Will definitely need to contact Microsoft. Other than that the system is great and the disc free set up is definitely a great space saver. Would suggest getting an external hard drive for additional memory though.

Overall exactly what you would expect from an Xbox with the one issue being the buttons on the controller "sticking" (which seems to be a thing with Xbox). My son loves it and that is all I was hoping for!
