Won't start up

It just won't turn on and I tried everything.BestBuy said they would do an exchange but its been over 15 business days and still no replacement. Also if you try to call the Dedham location, they won't take any calls at this time. Just not happy at all!

I had to use one while waiting for a series X to restock when mine broke. It's laughable how bad it is. It takes major hits on last gen games already just think how bad it's going to be when actual new gen games start releasing. Over and over and over it doesn't even get performance modes ON LAST GEN GAMES!!! This console is an absolute mockery. Ugh. Microsoft fked up so hard on this one.

Every single time I turned it on it would turn off a little bit later saying it is over heating with nothing near the vent and just sitting there on the Home Screen it would say it was overheating. I tried all the suggested things to do I could find online and nothing worked.

Best buy sucks

Never got the 24 months of game pass and best buy employees never helped and constantly hung up on me when I called. Had my husband go to the store to ask for further assistance, and basically got told they don't know go ask Microsoft about a product best buy sold me. Long story longer, no, Microsoft isn't the answer and best buy needs to give me what I paid for, but refuse. Never using best buy again.

We're sorry for any difficulty in locating your membership for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Your 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is delivered directly to your console. Redeem it during initial console setup or later in the Settings app.
To redeem during initial setup:
As you set up your new console, you’ll be prompted to redeem the Digital Direct offers that come with it. If you decide not to redeem them then, the offers remain on the console until they’re redeemed.
To redeem after setup in Settings app:
Select Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox to see an overview of and redemption status of any Digital Direct offers included with your console.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all > Full Library, and then look under Available offers to see your offers.
If you do not see an option to redeem your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate through initial setup and/or through the Settings app, contact Citizens One at service.citizensone.com. They’ll need to verify your Xbox All Access account and determine next steps.

Awful Experience

I purchased an Xbox S on 517 it was supposed to come in on 520 when I arrive there at 6o’clock at night they told me that it had been delayed and it could take up till June 3. Meanwhile the kid in front of me got not one but two Xbox S I Then asked him when he ordered those he had ordered them a day after me and somehow managed to get two before my one got delayed and possibly pushed back to June 3 not happy about it so I ended up canceling my order
