Unit would freeze up, upon rest hope screen would scroll like a film strip fast, had to unplug wait and try again. Was told this is a known issue by MS tech and I could either return it to place of purchase or mail it in and have them repair it or send out a "certified" meaning refurbished unit to replace my two week old xbox and it could take up to eight weeks. lol NO. Returning it.

After having my online purchase refused and kicked back multiple times, we drove over an hour hoping it would still be in stock. It’s not like you can actually call your stores and check. We used to spend a lot of money at BB. Now we only shop there when we have no other choice.
