Okay system I guess, faulty controller

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not really an Xbox person but bought it (while I was skeptical about the purchase it took the chance ) the system is okay I guess but the controller is horrible got a faulty one the y button doesn’t work sometimes completely you press it and it won’t work. Will be returning one of these days since I don’t really feel satisfied with my purchase because of it

Had to go buy a new one in the meantime and then call Microsoft to get the broken one replaced. Was a huge waste of time and hassle

We told him He was doing it wrong but he said not to worry about it and we were wrong. I call support line and she said she could do nothing and hung up on me.

Spectrum confirmed it’s not them & Xbox support claims it’s not them so now I am left with a new Xbox series S that is useless because since I got kicked from the WiFi once, it just won’t reconnect. This console only operates with WIFI

Multiple games would simply crash or make the Xbox pixelate and wasn’t solved via troubleshooting. I missed the return period and was forced to send the Xbox to microsoft themselves
