Just got the new Xbox series s and the best console out there.

Ordered this a week and a half ago. No confirmation. No way to track item. And Best Buy won’t transfer items from one store to the next. I’m about to cancel my All Access and just wait another year. Your better off buying from Offer Up. This is why I don’t shop at BB. Get your All Access from Walmart. Good luck to those that still attempt it. Series S is awesome. The process of getting one even as a VIP is nonsense.

I bought this for my husband for a Christmas gift but he couldnt wait to get so i gave it to him a month early he has non stopped been playing it and he likes it allot more then his ps4 he had before this, i will definitely be going back to best buy for any electronic items i need for my family.

A great console for what it is but also with some physical flaws to previous/current gen console owners. While I appreciate that someone gave this as an xmas gift I kind of wish I got the series X instead. A major reason is that obviously this is for digital games only and that is a big annoyance for myself as I have a ton of Xbox One games physically. Also like with the PS5 the current Series X/S exclusive games is limited as most games you play on these consoles are the previous gen games. Hence while you can get a digital game why would I pay $50/$60 for a game I already own physically? I do have a few digital games and honestly they look and play fantastically on this console giving better frame rates and higher resolution then the previous console though some you won't see a major difference if you own Xbox One X with the exception of some better frame rates.If you never owned a past gen console(PS4/Xbox One) then this is a great console to have but if you do own those previously mentioned consoles and have a ton of physical games for them then be patient and just get the Xbox Series X when it becomes available again like I will.
