It's a digital only console, meaning no disc games, but pair this with Gamepass, the best value in gaming, and you have an awesome budget package. Sure the PS 5 and and Series X can perform better, but if you are okay with 1080p gaming, then this is the way to go.

It's not as powerful as the series x but it doesn't need to be because its 1080 not 4k. So if a powerful console that does it all on 1080 is what you want - this is it. Get the gold or better yet, get the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 3 months for $1 and add more months by watching for discounting.

It is so easy to browse and access games on the console. The speed and quality I are great! Setup was a breeze for this tech-challenged mama.

If you don’t have a 4K TV and buy games digitally, then this is a good console to pick up for next generation gaming. Unfortunately, the console does not come with a disc drive, which means that any backwards compatible discs you may have will not work. Not only that, but that means you are trapped into the prices on the Xbox Store, as retail sales on games won’t work for you. Now, if none of that bothers you, then this is a good console for you.

After the initial set up which was easy I purchase FIFA 22. It took 2 hours to download. I have always preferred the physical game disc I do not remember waiting 2 hours to play. The system itself is good and I can only image what another $200 will get you with the X. Am I in love with this system only time will tell but for the price point it is good. Would I recommend it to a friend for the price take a chance it is always returnable.

If you think you might need extra memory at any point, just buy an SSD (I purchased a 1TB and it all works together like a charm). Unless you 100% HAVE to HAVE the X, get this console...so worth it. Graphics are amazing, quick loading times, just a good unit overall.

It is a nice console and the controller feels good. Nice graphics and a good deal. The console is discless which is a first for me but it has not giving me any issues. Have yet to really mess with it a whole lot but so Far it has been fun and a good purchase.

This with Game Pass (use the Xbox Gold stacking trick--look it up on reddit to save big!) Is the best value in gaming. You will have years upon years of all the games you can play for less than $500 (console being $299.99 and game pass with gold trick for 3 years being about $200).
