Load times are a thing of the past with this new Xbox. Only thing that is a pain, is the small usable space on the SSD. Easily fixed by an external SSD. Great system. Great price.

Slipped it between my two monitors and sometimes I switch between my PC dual display to one monitor. Turn my xbox on to display on my 1080p 240hz monitor and bam! you got the best of both words. The networking gear on it is not vamped up or powerful in any way which really sucks because its a download only console (like why). Besides that point it also tends to close applications occasionally. Lastly the NEXT GEN game catalogue has just been really underwhelming this console generation. It runs really well as a media hub for your home theatre (ie, runs your apps and shows well)] Controllers have stick drift often and storage you can download a half a game and a backstreet boys CD and hit max capacity.

Although it being the digital, it has an expansion bay up to one terabyte for now of SSD and you can attach your own hard drive to it via 3.0 USB. 4K gaming and 120 frames is insane if you have the monitor for it.

It's perfect for him since he only buys digital games and doesn't want to swap out discs every time he wants play a different game.
