Customers are saying

Customers commend the Xbox Series S for its affordability, compact size, and impressive performance, especially considering its price point. Many appreciate the ease of use and fast load times, along with the benefits of Xbox Game Pass. However, some users point out limitations in storage capacity and the lack of a disc drive as significant drawbacks. The console's resolution capabilities also receive mixed feedback.

Great next generation device at a small price. My only gripe about it is that the drive is small, if you want you have to spend like 220 for a ssd, yeah you can buy a hdd but let’s be honest at some point those will be obsolete.

Worth the upgrade. A good compromise from the never available, more expensive series X. Video quality, movement, loading speed, game playing speed and everything is much improved from older Xbox. Worth $299.

Came in great condition, unlike other purchases to where I had to return it due to a faulty hardware, but since purchasing I've ran into no problems, very happy I have finally gotten a new gen console after trying so many times looking through Amazon andal other stores

Love this console. So annoyed with not being able to get a “next gen” console without overpaying, I tried the Series S. So far, I love it, buying the Game Pass is a must. My only complaint would be the lack of storage.

Storage size is a downfall, but if you can accept the slower load times it's not bad. I used my 3TB external and I don't see any issues at all good bridge between the One X and Series X (if you have digital games)

I really wanted the series x but became impatient and these are a lot easier to get. I got the xbox, a lime green controller, and the game pass ultimate. A pro tip is to get the game pass from Microsoft for a dollar and then when you buy the series s, bundle the game pass ultimate for three more months for 33 dollars or so. Then you have six months of ultimate for about 35 dollars. The series S makes the pictures on my 4k tv look awesome. I already had an external hard drive from my original xbox one and I didn't have to transfer one thing. Setup was easy. Would highly recommend if you are willing to buy the game pass because that is the cheapest way to own this system. For reference, I am a casual gamer, don't play much and watch a lot of movies on my consoles. Hope this helps.

I got this to upgrade from the One S digital edition. This one is so much faster, loads super fast, and i have had no issues with any games. Only thing i don't like is the extremely small 512 GB storage. You only get about 320 to use which is barely 3 X/S enhanced games. Bought a 2TB external drive so i can move my games back and forth, which is a headache but saves you money from buying the expensive expansion cards.
