Great with my 1080p TV

The fast load times are worth the upgrade to the new generation Xbox. I also think that the picture is better (even at 1080p - 60hz)...but that could also be placebo effect.

Xbox Series S is a very good console for kids but; If you want a console with all the toys and that is something more full gaming then the option would be the Series X.

I’ve owned many Xbox’s and this one by far in regards to functionality, performance, and quality is the best one I have owned.

I have quite a few games on disk, but they still run just fine on my Xbox One S. Got this console to play driving games like Forza.

I've always been a console behind, PS3 when 4 is out etc. I got this system just before Christmas and I love it. Memory sucks so I paid for the 1TB stick which I recommend.

Best to get an external drive for storing games. $219 is too much for the Xbox expansion card, especially being only 1 TB. Looks good on my 4k Tv. Lots of good games on Game Pass.

It doesn't have as much storage space as the Series X but it's very easy to transfer games from an external storage device if you want to make use of the fast SSD.

My only complaints are that the internal SSD is small (only 512 Gb) and the memory expansion (either 1Tb or 2Tb) is proprietary and expensive. It’d be nice if you could use an industry standard external SSD or better yet, replace the internal SSD with a larger one.
