Xbox is a great product if maybe too good as evidenced by it selling out in a matter of minutes every time it came back in stock. Best Buy's "customer service" and inability for the left hand to know what the right hand is doing, was, in a word, atrocious. So I have to give only 3 stars. 5 for the product and 1 for the pain of having to deal with Best Buy's constant mistakes, misdirected phone calls and misinformation. By the way, Best Buy, look at where Frys Electronics is now. They got there by doing what you're doing. Guess where you're going to be in five years?

I use it for game pass, so it works for me. They should have given more storage with the removal of the physical drive, or kept lower storage with a physical drive.

The best solution is to invest in the Seagate SSD 1TB Expansion Card for Xbox Series X/S, which will add 1TB of SSD storage to your console. Another solution is to add a standard external hard drive, which can be used to store and play Xbox 360 and Xbox One games that have not been enhanced for Xbox Series X/S.
