Husband needed a new one because his HDMI port broke, since they don’t sell the limited edition one anymore he got this instead. Super happy with the purchase.

Was last minute xmas gift for niece. Set up was quick and painless, came with enough memory to download the games she wanted, Without external memory.

I’m not the most computer savvy person, but the step by step instructions for set up got me through.

I believe the console is good, although I wish it where a little cheaper due to the lack of a disk drive. I have enjoyed playing with it since opened. However, I do face an issue with the controller given to me out of the box as the LT trigger appears to be partially defective making it a pain to use. I wish I could have Best Buy replace the defective controller without having to do a full return, hopefully they can help me on that.

When you leave and re enter the a game the noise stops working until you reset the game entirely.

Recently got back into gaming and always preferred the seriesX over the ps5

Game is good but for a Microsoft flight simulator 2024 doesn’t work well

Works great i can play my favorite games with my friends and wife. Only a TB of storage leaves a bit desired.

Good machine for just a digital version. Why they cannot put 2tb storage in these is beyond me.

I will NEVER buy from "Best" Buy again! This has been the WORST experience that I have ever had with buying items online with ANY company!! I bought my son an Xbox Series X for Christmas on Black Friday. When my package arrived, it was a Ring Floodlight Camera System (only worth a little over $100). It even had a sticker on it with the customer's name! I called to inform them of the mistake, was told they would "investigate" the situation, and was e-mailed a UPS label to return the Ring. I mailed it back and was sent an e-mail saying that the investigation determined I needed to take it up with my local law enforcement. It also mentioned that I would not be refunded OR sent a replacement item. So, basically I'm out almost $500, my son now has no Christmas present, and I don't even have the Ring camera since I was told to mail it back as well!! Every time I call, I get an operator that is hard to understand and told AGAIN that they will "file a claim." When trying to call my local Best Buy store, it automatically directs your call to the Customer Service line that I already called AT LEAST four times to dispute the investigation determination. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
