I had the black Xbox Series X with the disk drive. Started having issues with it after many years. Purchased the Series S, but the video quality was much worse. I do all digital so was happy to see the Series X without the drive for a little cheaper Returned the Series S and got this. So far working great.

Great digital version. Had the disc one but given the ease of downloading so much more practical. Still runs specs of model with disc drive so that’s all I wanted.

I love my Xbox and it’s way faster than my old one!! I have not had any issues with it since i had gotten it. 10/10 would recommend if youre looking to buy for one of your family members. Its super easy to understand the controls and all the games that are newer coming out are pretty fun.

I love the new hardware. The loss of the disc drive doesn’t really affect me as I don’t have a back catalogue of Xbox games, and the online store is easy to use. The design uses a heat stack style and a big slow fan which keeps it really quiet and cool. It also trims down a bit without the drive, which is pretty great given my limited space by the TV. Setting up the accounts for all the family members was a little bit of a chore, but once done it has worked really well.

It’s been nearly a year only but my sister has had 0 issues with it. She was gifted a elite controller and it’s the Xbox so she hasn’t used the controller it came with. But even then everything has been great. No issues here

It delivers the full "next-gen" power without the premium price tag of the disc drive. ​Buy this if: You have a 4K TV, you subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate, and you haven't bought a physical game disc in the last 3 years. ​Skip this if: You have a large collection of old Xbox discs (backwards compatibility relies on the drive!) or you want to watch 4K Blu-ray movies. Every game runs smooth, no lag, and a great gaming experience. If you have the Xbox game pass, you’re able to play games for free and without downloading by using their cloud share feature.
