Not used yet but got this with a controller. Hoping it will be good

Everything I was looking for, finally getting back into gaming.

I will NEVER buy from "Best" Buy again! This has been the WORST experience that I have ever had with buying items online with ANY company!! I bought my son an Xbox Series X for Christmas on Black Friday. When my package arrived, it was a Ring Floodlight Camera System (only worth a little over $100). It even had a sticker on it with the customer's name! I called to inform them of the mistake, was told they would "investigate" the situation, and was e-mailed a UPS label to return the Ring. I mailed it back and was sent an e-mail saying that the investigation determined I needed to take it up with my local law enforcement. It also mentioned that I would not be refunded OR sent a replacement item. So, basically I'm out almost $500, my son now has no Christmas present, and I don't even have the Ring camera since I was told to mail it back as well!! Every time I call, I get an operator that is hard to understand and told AGAIN that they will "file a claim." When trying to call my local Best Buy store, it automatically directs your call to the Customer Service line that I already called AT LEAST four times to dispute the investigation determination. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Honestly, it's a little expensive and boring for me

System was shipped in original on-the-shelf packaging. When it arrived the box was very beat up. Called Best BUY and they said I has 12 days to see if anything was not working do to damaged box. I was uncomfortable with that considering the money invested and it would not be played with in that timeframe, as it was a birthday present for my grandson, in 2 weeks. So, I sent back right away. Very disappointed they didn't box package better.

Without direct internet hookup i have to restart my xbox everytime i wanna get on it.

Luckily the unit works because it was left out in the rain on my porch with no additional packaging- just in the Xbox box. I was planning to be home on delivery day but it was delivered early on a day it torrential downpoured. The box literally fell apart when I picked it up.

My son was so excited to get this for his 13th birthday. Only for the package to be marked “delivered” and there was no package left! Tried reaching out to customer service 3 different times, got 3 different stories. 2 said i would be refunded and 1 said i would not. Here we are 10 days later and i have not heard a word, received no emails like they said and received no money back. So much for my sons birthday gift.. never again best buy!!

Okay same Xbox series x no upgrades and took out the disc drive

If breadbox is going to be a "platform" instead of a console it needs to support and adhere to common standards like bluetooth and not lock a common feature like bluetooth headphones to just their own branded headsets. That goes for all consoles however I bought this unit thus the review. I've been a PC Gamer since I was a kid and this is my first console. More and more people under 35 don't have Cable TV just the modem for internet and you know what? Guess who has a couple slick pc gaming monitors but no TV or device that can play audio from hdmi? The 3.5mm aux port on the controller doesn't output audio or at least to neither of my controllers and various wired headphones. Its nearly 2025 and something so mundane as bluetooth is feature locked.

Arrived quickly however Defective and won’t connect to wifi. Called customer support. Returning.

Wifi doesn’t work i don’t know why no search to wifi

This XBox is not worth its weight in plastic. It doesnt do well playing games, constantly requires restarts to get games to load, and sometimes its just better to shut it off and go somewhere else became it isnt going to play the game.

got it last day before price went up.I thought the price were firm.

Digital version with 1 TB? Not good, Microsoft.... not good! I ended up selling it.

Wish I could I emailed you all over a week ago above my package being lost by ups and have not gotten a response from you or them guess this is how I have to get your attention for a $450 item

Didn’t get this for myself but from the things I’m told it is garbage.

We thought you wouldnt nneed as much storage if digital only. Not the case. We traded this model in.

It was never shipped and I was never informed and that is unprofessional
