When it didnt happen i called and asked that the order be canceled because i didnt want it and i would go get it somewhere else where i could get it in time for the birthday i was buying the gift for. They said no problem and it was SUPPOSED to be done. The transaction dropped out of my account so i purchased it elsewhere. About a week later (while im out of town) i get an email saying it was delivered and my account charged AGAIN. I GET HOME AND THERES NO PACKAGE. I call to file a complaint and they said a refund would be issued. 5 days later i get an email from best buy saying they wont refund my money and i need to file a report with local law enforcement. Customer service was ABSOLUTELY horrific.

What A Scam

They make you buy a 120hz tv to make it play better but it just makes the console lag even more. I have 10G wifi and still lags, my gaming pc runs better on 120hz compared to homeless consoles. I also just sold mine to a hobo that was living on the streets, so buy a gaming pc not a console.
