This is a Great system. No disk needed with minimal lag. Cloud gaming helps save memory on system.

It works and plays games at great resolutions. My issue with it is my 360 disc collection. I couldnt afford the disc drive model at the time so i purchased this one. Unfortunately i cant play any of those games at all because microsoft wont release a usb disc drive. Otherwise its fine and plays games very well.

I ordered this online and it arrived quickly. Best Buy was very clear and notified me each step of the way. Arrived undamaged and mostly well packed.

Terrible service! Ordered this and was guaranteed next day delivery. When it didnt happen i called and asked that the order be canceled because i didnt want it and i would go get it somewhere else where i could get it in time for the birthday i was buying the gift for. They said no problem and it was SUPPOSED to be done. The transaction dropped out of my account so i purchased it elsewhere. About a week later (while im out of town) i get an email saying it was delivered and my account charged AGAIN. I GET HOME AND THERES NO PACKAGE. I call to file a complaint and they said a refund would be issued. 5 days later i get an email from best buy saying they wont refund my money and i need to file a report with local law enforcement. Customer service was ABSOLUTELY horrific.

Dont waste your money on baby consoles because the 120hz on these things are garbage. They make you buy a 120hz tv to make it play better but it just makes the console lag even more. I have 10G wifi and still lags, my gaming pc runs better on 120hz compared to homeless consoles. I also just sold mine to a hobo that was living on the streets, so buy a gaming pc not a console.

Marking an old console up $100 more? Yeah no. Nintendo did this.

Every time I am enjoying a game, the console states that it is overheating, despite being in a 70f temp room. Original controller broke in less than 1 year.
