Great console. Well designed to prevent overheating, pretty quiet running. Haven't had any issues in my 9 months of owning so far. Super fast loading, & quick resume is great, being able to switch back & forth between games. Backward compatible games are receiving FPS boosts to 60fps, lots have gotten 4k upgrades as well. The new "Share" button on the controller is a nice added touch, makes it easy to capture a screenshot/clip. ******** GamePass Ultimate really rounds out the experience. I saw where they added $6300 worth of games to GamePass in 2021.

Hard to get but amazing performance. The quick resume, load times, and performance is probably the best thing right now. Not a lot of games are taking full advantage of the graphics but it is definitely worth the upgrade!

Love it. Our old Xbox was starting to spit the disk out in the middle of a game so went with this one. Easy to transfer the games. Gets hot pretty fast though so watch out for that!

My son is very happy with his new game system. He's used it daily since receiving it with no issues. It integrated perfectly with the new television.

After a rocky start last-gen, this is a true return to form for Xbox. This thing is an impressive piece of engineering. It's silent and blazing fast.

Great console. Love the speed and very pleased with the quick loading time. Played for hours and the console didn’t overheat. Also the new controller feels great and it’s must easier to take a snap and share a picture or video.

To keep it brief, this console is amazing. The last Xbox I had was the 360. I've always been a Playstation consumer, but the Xbox Series X has me really excited for Microsoft's future. I currently own the PS5 and it's a great console no doubt, but I feel as if the Xbox console itself is more premium in quality. The PS5 has a more premium controller while the Series X has a more premium console. I'm not really into the whole "Playstation is better" or "Xbox is better" debate. They are both awesome consoles but since getting the Series X, I have been enjoying it more than my PS5. Game Pass was a new concept for me. I know people who currently have Xbox One's have had Game Pass for a while, but it was amazing for me given I haven't had an Xbox since the 360. I can confidently say that Xbox is doing an amazing job with Game Pass. It is far better than Playstation Plus and the Playstation Plus premium package deals. Makes the Xbox actually feel like a gaming console rather than a pay a lot to play. One dollar for the first month of Game Pass, and then it's $15 a month to continue the subscription. I just canceled my Netflix and can say I've used Game Pass more than Netflix and I actually don't have all the time in the world to play games either. The insides of this console are incredible. I watched a teardown of both the Series X and the PS5. The Series X is much more impressive with the parts and pieces that are actually pretty pricey parts and it amazes me that they managed to keep the price at $500 still. If you're asking yourself, do I get a PS5 or a Series X. I would of course say get both, but given that Sony has been increasing the price of the PS5 and it is not as easy to come by, I would say get the Series X and don't stress about the PS5 right now. The Series X is much easier to get, the design of it in my opinion despite it being very minimalist, is actually nicer than the PS5 and it's a little smaller than it too, and you can finally enjoy next gen gaming without having scavenge for a PS5. Game Pass is great to have as well and with it you can play basically every new game, and has titles that start from the original Xbox all the way to Xbox One/Series XS. Also if you're like me and have a few Original Xbox games and Xbox 360 games, you can actually play them on your Series X because Microsoft actually made their console backwards compatible. If you've been more of a Playstation person I feel your hesitation, but this console is actually worth it. Not hating on Sony but I wish they had made their consoles backwards compatible like the Series X. But yeah if you're wanting to play next gen games, get the Series X and get the PS5 later when they come out with a Slim or Pro model. Overall I didn't expect to like it this much.

Fantastic in every respect. The video and audio are superb. The Game Pass that is bundled with the console makes it possible to play a lot of different games at a reasonable price. Unlike the competition, it is possible to play some of the games on a Mac, PC or IOS device. The controller has effects that integrate with games. I played Forza and the controller vibrated as the car accelerated. I had a question and was able to speak to a live person at Microsoft. I am 74 and have no experience with video games. I was able to get into this after a short conversation with Microsoft. I strongly recommend getting an expansion card if you have Game Pass. Some of the games are fairly large files.

Blazing fast, stunning graphics—next-gen gaming beast!

I love this console! I play it more than my PS5, and although the controllers don't have the force-feedback triggers, they are super comfortable for extended periods of play. I was lucky enough to get one before the price increase, but even still, it is an amazing device, and worth every penny in my opinion. The premium-tier Xbox Live membership is definitely overpriced now, but individual games are generally on-sale and can provide you with hours of entertainment.

Such a great purchase. I had an Xbox One before this and it still worked great but a buddy of mine persuaded me to purchase one while it was on sale. It was such a steal and the purchasing online was so easy and manageable. ! This Xbox is great and the updated graphics and frames are amazing. All games look great and work noticeably quicker. Great purchase and if you are on the fence, you will not regret it!

Great System. I just wish it was a bit smaller but is still smaller than the PS5. Graphics look amazing and the loading times are super fast. The quick resume feature is incredible. If you purchase this one you won’t regret it. Also right ow has a $50.00 discount if you are a BestBuy Plus or BestBuy Total member.

Xbox One 2.0. Pretty much the same as the regular Xbox One X but much faster and better graphics. The quick resume and quick start is game changing. It’s real hard to go back and play the older console after you boot this up.

Recently made time to get back into gaming leisurely. Was really excited about this Xbox. It's been good so far

It's an xbox, what else can i say? Brand new, works well. I have cool accessories with it. 10/10
