Incredible purchase experience and service from Best Buy. I secured the Series S model at launch, but Best Buy had the X in stock early one morning and I jumped at the chance due to the extreme demand. It was going to be nearly a week before pickup, but i was notified early and picked up my system before a long weekend. I was able to try out the system with plenty of time to enjoy it. The S is a great system and plenty for a lot of gamers. The X takes it to the next level. The graphics and processing speeds are great. Even the newly optimized older games are beautiful and smoother. Load times are insanely fast. I am very happy with this console and GamePass Ultimate means you have a huge library of games to play from. The PS5 seems to get all the hype but the Series S/X are definitely next Gen upgrades.

Great upgrade from Series S. Paired seamlessly with my Elite Series 2 and Turtle Beach's. Love the huge hard drive and performance! Was really missing having a DVD player so this was a must.

Best console I've ever owned! It plays OG XBOX and 360 XBOX GAMES also, so you don't have to connect three different gaming consoles to one tv! Best move I ever made was to buy this and subscribe to Gamepass Ultimate! I also own a Playstation 5 but I only use that for the few exclusives.. All the triple AAA 3rd party games I play on my Xbox. Halo Infinite is amazing! And with my Gamepass Ultimate subscription I don't even need to have my Xbox to play. I can play right from my phone/pc/tablet on a good Wi-Fi connection. Really is amazing how much they do for us gamers. Whatever system you choose have a great time on it, and don't fall into the console war! But I cannot recommend this enough! ✌

Awesome product. I absolutely love this. I highly suggest the Xbox especially over the PS5. The Xbox is much better quality. I own two, one is a day one and is still in prime condition

Console works flawlessly, the backwards compatibility is awesome and I haven’t found a game that it doesn’t work with yet. It’s awesome to be able to go back and play your old games on a new console and in 4K they look gorgeous. Only thing I have to complain about is storage space with the size of modern games, but that is easily expanded with the addition of an external hard drive. I would strongly recommend a WD Black 4-5TB expansion drive that Best Buy sells as a must buy item for this console. You plug it in and it just works, purposely built for gaming and adds 4x the memory for exactly 1/2 the price of the internal sea gate expansion drive sold by Xbox! Also, the sleek design of the console fits right in to my entertainment center so my girlfriend wasn’t even mad! Always a plus.

I love my xbox! everything loads in quicker than older xbox’s. I’ve had my xbox already for a good moment & it hasn’t failed me not one bit. The quality of everything is way better & i have plenty of space on my xbox. From a gamer pov this is for sure the best xbox option you can get

Coming from an Xbox one X I'm surprised how fast this system is. Turning it on it's almost as fast as flipping a light switch. Also any games especially Rise of Fenyx, barely has any load time. The loading screen is an absolute waste (good thing). I'm still getting used to how fast it is. I also own a PS5. Start up is slightly slower but still also a great machine. The only negative is that the controller for the PS5 does not last as long as Xbox (rechargeable batteries or regular batteries). If you have the finances go with both systems. Nobody will beat sony exclusives but xbox game pass saves so much money.

Great service ... From price checking at BestBuy.com to playing game at home took 45 mins incl. driving and setting up everything. Helpful guys at store. My only regret is not buying as bundle with 1 tb memory expansion. With bundle i could get extra 1 tb storage with 20% off. 1 month later i decided ands went to buy 1 tb memory expansion separately. If you are still thinking about buying Series X, stop and go buy it from nearest Best Buy store. Great games are on horizon.

I love using my xbox series x bought it when it was on sale at best buy for 450$ and it included a 50$ promotional gift card to best buy which allowed me to get a 2nd controller for free the graphics are amazing and it even supports ray tracing making the graphics on games look even more flawless and it even suports gaming in 4k up to 120 fps!!! 100% satisfied with my purchase would give higher then 5 stars if I could!

We are on our second Series X. Nothing wrong with the first one, but we have more than one gamer here. Also have the PS5 and a 3090 RTX PC. The Series X gets the most use. The ability to stream disc games to tablets and phones away from the home is amazing! MS also allows a developer mode for $20. This gives it the ability to run homebrew without jailbreaks or voiding the warranty. Pairing this with an LG OLED, 1tb expansion card, 8tb external drive, 3 years of Gamepass, and the Elite 2 controller is simply incredible! If I had to choose just one system this would be it. And having Play Anywhere and xCloud makes buying new multiplatform games on Xbox a no brainer. Hope they can make enough for everyone that wants one soon!

So let me start this off by saying I am a big gaming nerd. I love all sorts of games from old school Atari to NES and now my Xbox Series X system. With the pandemic, I have been playing more games lately. The Xbox Series X seems to load much faster than my Xbox One X and games seem to play smoother, too. I wish Microsoft would have come up with a better naming system because I always forget and call it the One. It's a force of habit I guess. I also would have loved to have seen Microsoft add 2TB instead of the 1TB for game storage. Besides that, I love my console. If you have the chance to pick one up, do. it.

Love my xbox <3 game pass is awesome - gotten 800+ hrs out of Minecraft alone lol. Play games with my husband all the time now.

Good resolution, amazing 4K. Had the Xbox One loved that one but this one is way better!

Definitely worth the 4 attempts and long waits. Once I did manage to get an order in, Best Buy managed to have it ready for pick up within a week, and actually had it ready a day early. Opened it up on Christmas Day, and the graphics, loading speed, performance, and features like quick resume have made gaming loads of fun. Set up was incredibly easy too and the user interface is familiar. Not too many changes on paper, but they added up and it is significantly better than my One X. 100/10 would recommend.

I had a Series S for a few months and decided if I needed more storage anyway, might as well get the full 4K and access to use discs. I've been very happy with it so far. It does run pretty warm churning out that 4K goodness so you do want to make sure it's not enclosed someplace when its running. But I've been using it daily since I got it and hope to use it for many years!

The Xbox X lives up to, and in some cases surpasses the hype. First, it’s sleek, attractive and compact easily and seemlessly integrating into my living room; you won’t even know it’s there. Second, the graphics are astounding but you need to have a 4K or better screen to fully appreciate their crispness. There have been times that I’ve walked in on my son playing a game, and thought he was watching a movie. There’s no lag, download speeds are twice that of the XBox Series S. The controller that comes with it is also gamer-quality. In the end, if you’re looking to take it to the next level this is your system.

I got the Xbox from best buy an i love it i got the new game starfield with it an i love it ive already put so many hours of playtime into the game but when i got it from best buy it was so eazy i paid online an picked it up the next day an had no issues at all an it was even black friday but the console is a solid one i own a PlayStation 5 an it is right there with it when it comes to performance

These guys are great. The supervisor was amazing. My sales rep was the best honestly, I can’t say enough about these guys and girls. They were so cool and they have so much knowledge which I didn’t expect.
