Switched over from PlayStation and LOVE the xbox series x. Love the option for gamepass. The graphics are amazing! Its a game changer!

Next Gen gaming at its finest. I am still waiting for some titles that were created specifically with this system in mind, but the upscaled versions of existing games look and feel wonderful. Whether it is Destiny 2 or Warzone, everything is a bit more crisp, more vivid, and just runs a bit more smoothly. You will be hard pressed to go wrong with this system and it will only go up from here.

Great system! I now have this and a PS5 completing my gaming set up. Console fits perfectly behind my TV making it a seamless addition to the living room. Game Pass is incredible. Graphics are excellent.

Great console, easy to setup and worth buying with a 4k tv. If you have a chance to get a 120hrtz tv or monitor, it does make a difference. The speed of the console is another nice upgrade.

Works very good. Consoles have begun to become overpriced. The controllers are not that durable and the memory space is not enough. If you plan on purchasing it with credit then its not worth it in my opinion.

I got the last one in the store hehehe lucky me. I love this thing so much I did a big upgrade from a first gen Xbox one to this absolute beauty. My coworkers wanted me to get it so I could play marvel rivals with em and playing black ops 6 is so much better. The game just has a better feel, better responsiveness, better graphics its great really

Husband absolutely loves it. Great storage super easy to use and super fast.

Made the kid’s Christmas. Worked as expected and no issues.

Pros: This is a solid piece of tech. Games run smoothly in 4k. Older games are backward compatible. The unit is quiet. Everything feels premium. Cons: It's a weird shape so it does not integrate as well with the rest of my equipment. No RGB (joking). Same clunky UI. I think it's the from windows phone. (still joking, kinda) Conclusion: Kids love it. Works flawlessly. Recommend.

Bought about a month ago and love this console. This is the second I have gotten and works great!

Incredible load times compared to XB1. The controller feels sturdier but is nearly the same except for one picture capture button. Excellent picture quality that will likely only be held back by your tv if older and/or cheaper. Only negative i see is that it is big. I have the space but it may not fit for others or could stick out.

Xbox Series X feels like the pinnacle of iterative improvement. Take everything good about Xbox One X, and take it to 11 with faster everything, while still keeping the disc drive and backwards compatibility, and you get this console. At $500, it initially feels rather expensive, until you realize just how much more expensive of a PC you need to buy to have the same experience. I would know--I tried. The only downsides would be twofold: one, you don't have a choice of alternative marketplace like Steam or Epic Store. Two, there's no true path to upgrade: with 4K games, I don't think the onboard 1TB memory is going to accommodate much, and the expansion storage is also only 1TB. I can't tell if this is a step forward or backward from the previous gen, as the storage is much, MUCH faster, but you're locked out of the best possible experience if you stray away from the OEM storage. In that regard, PS5 and PC look like much better bets. But I enjoy the console. It's not revolutionary, and looks like a mini fridge, but it is an incredibly competent piece of gaming hardware.

Fantastic console. I don’t game enough to justify a PC so this is the perfect step from that. This gives me all the experience I need and more! Epic graphics and spectacular speed. If you’re on the fence about it, just do it.

Took forever to get one but got luck with one of the stock drops but well worth the wait as most next Gens are. Only thing that is a bit of a downer is the internal drive is still only 1TB some as my Xbox one would have been nice if they had put a bigger one in there as have to use internal drive if you want to get use of most of the Gen benefits i.e. quicker loading, graphics etc

Best Buy has great service both online and in store. Bought this as a gift for the kids and works as expected they love it. I think it’s overpriced for what it is but not sure if BB can do anything with that.
