Console is great as expected. I own both consoles through the past few generations and play pc. Gamepass is the way to go for the best bang for the buck. The best buy sevice was great as well. Once I ordered it came in 3 days later and I picked up from the nearest store with no issues. I took the option of going in the store to pick up and it was busy, so I'm not sure why they dont start selling consoles in store again. Great product, service was great.

I’ve been using this console since it came out. Love the graphics and easy to set up. The down part about it is that sometimes the console will turn on randomly after I shut it down completely. The controller sometimes doesn’t connect to the console like it should after pairing it the first time

Lightning-fast loading times and great graphics! This console does not make a sound even when you are loading a disc for the first time as opposed to the PS5 that does make noise. At this moment the only difference in consoles is that the Series X supports VRR and PS5 does not. But, this only matters if you have an HDMI 2.1 tv/monitor

Amazing graphics and load times are non existent. I definitely see a difference between this and the Xbox one.

I have had no troubles with the console so far. highly recommend using an ethernet cable. It is still as fast as it was day one. Good value when compared to what it would cost to get the same speed out of a PC.
