I'm a gamer, and I simply enjoy gaming. I grew up with Playstation before Xbox was around, so that's all I knew. Starfield alone and future variety games started to hit/announced for Xbox. I thought I give it a try. I am happy with my purchase. I think there are some things Xbox does better in terms of connectivity and consistency vs. PS, but I do find the UI and settings a bit quirky. That said, the gaming experience is really good, and that's what I'm here for. Love the controller, too. I do think the buttons XYBA are odd.

Upgraded from Xbox One

The controller you get with the console is pretty bare bones and prone to break easily however.

Now just waiting for television and monitor manufacturers to come out with a HDMI 2.1 model so 4k 120fps will be possible.Asof right now 1440p 120fps is the best you can get unless you shell out some major bucks for a tv that supports it.. Not a huge graphical leap forward yet but by mid 2021 we will have some cheaper options so we can play at 4k 120fps..

The shipping from best buy was questionable, but thankfully microsoft packages their consoles well and nothing was damaged. From what I've seen, the console it quiet and there hasn't been any fps drops.

Like every other computer system the current generation is that much better than the last generation. Ive had zero issues with it. Cant say the same for some of my PS5 friends.

Graphics are Unbeatable

Both my kids have one....fair warning, they do use a lot of wifi! The games are a little pricey as with any newest gaming device, but that's par for the I suppose.

I have been really impressed with the detail of the graphics especially on my 4K monitor.
