Paired with an adequate monitor is a must. The 1 TB of storage goes by pretty quick but you can find cheap external hard drives. Controllers have don’t last very long about 6-8 months of daily use.

There aren't many new games, but I'm a real sucker for nostalgia and so playing a bunch of old titles in a better form with the convenience of it all being in one place has been great. The best part is game pass though. If you know a few workarounds you can get it reaaaaaly cheap, and its crazy how much you get.

I have been a mainly PC gamer for most of my life, but these new features actually make me want to play on the console in front of the tv again instead of at my desk. I would highly recommend getting the Series X over the Series S though, if only for the double internal storage capacity.

Good console and plays modern games fairly well. The people in the store were extremely helpful in getting the item I wanted to purchase.

I’m very happy with fast load times. Only downside is 1TB hard drive since most games these days are anywhere from 50GB-150GB. Limits you to about 8-10 games to be stored on console.
