It's as advertised works great fun times... although they are starting to nickel and dime for everything pay for Xbox Live pay for Game Pass raise all the prices it's like they don't have enough money

Ive been a xbox fan since the 1st one came out i got one in 2005 christmas i was 10yrs old and was soooo excited forza motorsport and the spongebob battle for bikini bottom were the first games then on 2009 got a 360 arcade edition but i fellout after 2012 became a ps3 user till xbox one came out but meh the series x has been a great console for me and im enjoying it as i did the 1st xbox and 360 times its an amazing console u cannot go wrong with microsoft they have great games and great value to offer very happy with my decision and purchase

Love this new system! You can definitely notice the speed difference when it comes to going in and out of games and the less time it takes for matchmaking and such. Would definitely recommend to upgrade if possible.

I own both the Xbox X and PS5 - and I have to say I love them both for different reasons. For the Xbox X - Halo Infinite is amazing! And its on GamesPass for free! Can't beat that. Really looking forward to Xbox exclusives coming soon like Starfield and and Bethesda games. The console is sleek, quiet and plays 4K movies like a dream with Dolby Vision. Definitely get your hands on one if you can!

I bought this as I’ve been into Xbox since the original Xbox. I would say this thing isn’t a giant leap up from the Xbox one, however, it is a definite improvement. The internal SSD makes a noticeable difference in load times, which gets me into the game faster. I had a few bugs on some Xbox one games that I don’t seem to encounter when running them on the Xbox series X. The graphics are nicer on games that are enhanced for Xbox Series X, but again not a huge leap forward. While I am very pleased with the purchase, I’d definitely caution it’s not worth paying the rates they are fetching right now due to scalpers. I lucked out and got mine for standard MSRP on the deal with the 2 year financing and Gamepass. Bought it and paid it off, so I’m happy. Overall, unless you have an Xbox one X, it’s probably worth purchasing the upgrade.

I've had the series S for years now, but since using the series X i realize whay i was missing. The graphics are on another level. No regrets on my purchase

I have had this console for 2 years and everything had been great. Have had to replace the controller a couple of times due to stick drift but the console itself is amazing

I actually found a better price for this on Amazon so I went to my local Best Buy and they matched the price. Between this and the excellent customer service, I will always shop with Best Buy!

This is a hard to find Xbox series X. While the price is close to a $1000 for a new series X and 2 years of game pass included. You are required to finance which is $38 per month. This includes the console , 2 years of access to Xbox live ultimate, 2 years of game pass as well as access to EA play. When added all together it is a reasonable deal for entertainment on a budget.

Being able to finally buy an Xbox for my birthday was awesome! I’ve been an Xbox fan since like 2014. The staff at Best Buy were very helpful and the store looked very clean. Definitely will shop here again.

My experience purchasing my Xbox X from Best Buy was outstanding! Extremely simple buying it online and when I went to pick it up from the store, I was in and out with my Xbox in less than 5 minutes! Honestly I spent more time checking out and paying online than I spent in the store picking it up. The Xbox itself is an awesome machine! The graphics are amazing and it’s whisper quiet.

The Xbox Series X has been great so far. Setup was easy, everything runs smoothly. The graphics look awesome and I haven’t had any issues at all with performance. That said, the only downside and negative for me is the price. Even purchasing it on sale during Christmas, the cost still feels very high. As impressive as the console is, it’s hard to justify a gaming system being priced this high, especially for the average consumer.

My son is very happy with his new game system. He's used it daily since receiving it with no issues. It integrated perfectly with the new television.

I loved theses so much i purchased a 2nd one for my daughter's birthday. having it set up for 2 years worth of game pass give you many options and quick access to newly released games. Saves you money in the long term as you do not have to really purchase any games for the next 2 years. I would also recommend purchasing the 1TB expansion card.

Awesome product. This is actually the 2nd unit we have had. First unit developed issues after the initial 4 years of use. Picked up another unit right away. I would recommend a storage device to go along with this.

Not having had an Xbox long term since the 360 days, it was Game Pass that got me to bite with the Series X. Its too good a deal to pass up, getting flagships day one and other titles both AAA and indie. If you're a gamer that wants to ensure high performance long term with the freedom to also play their disc based library of different generation Xbox titles, get the Series X.

I really liked the design, it is very practical and takes up little space. very easy to install. My son is very happy with his gift. fairly easy to navigate and install the games. You no longer have to worry about putting away all those games or the mess they can make.

Best console hands down. Fast and reliable amazing graphics

This Xbox is fast and has amazing visuals. I upgraded from an Xbox One in 2014 to this. The amount of time it takes me to turn on and load into a game vs the original xbox one is incredible. It saves me at least a few minutes. Only thing I will mention, which makes sense, is that it does get VERY warm, so I'd recommend keeping it somewhere more open with good ventilation.
