The Xbox Series X is the best console out right now. It’s powerful has a great ui. And has Xbox Game Pass which is the best deal in gaming. You get every Xbox Exclusive Day One on game pass. And every game you buy on Xbox carries over to PC plus all your save data. This is a must buy console that puts consumers first.

I've had this since December 2022. So far, no issues. It would be nice to get more hard-drive out of the box. I added a 1TB external. I can play all my xbox one disc games, but I also have Game Pass. I like the design, it doesn't seem to get as dusty and doesn't heat up. Xbox one controller also works with this console. No lag like the xbox one, this offers good graphics, and runs smooth.

The best console you can have. I recommend buying it only if you have a 4k TV or a good monitor. If you don't have any of these, it's better to buy the s series with 1TB of storage

Definite upgrade in speeds, love how smooth it plays and switching in games or downloading games.

TAbsolutely amazing, got Game Pass as well (highly reccomend if you get an X, S, One, PC, doesn't matter,value is unbelievable). There may not be a bunch of games optimized/released yet, but, Game Pass provides pretty much every title that has been optimized or released. Even if there isn't a next gen version, auto-HDR can improve a lot more games. Jedi Fallen Order, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, and Madden look and play incredibly. If/When you can get ahold of a Series X, you can tell the difference immediately between load times, graphics, and overall game smoothness. Now that I've upgraded, I could never go back to my One X.

Purchased the series X at launch and have since put over 120 hours of game time into the system with no issue. Graphics, speed and ease of use are all wonderful and are quite noticeably different over the original Xbox one. However, the feature that has stood out the most is quick resume. I didn’t originally think this feature would make as big of an impact as it did. Being able to just hop back into a game where I left off without 5 minutes of jumping through hoops and seeing every developers 273 logos is amazing. Being able to seamlessly hop between games with that same experience makes it even better. Highly recommend this system!

Honest a great gift for my dad as he loves it and it’s perfect for him. He had an Xbox One for the longest time and he wanted a new console. I decided to get this for him and he loves the enhanced graphics.

I had a Series S and it was great but being limited to only digital just took away from some of the experience for me. After I got my Series X, I can instantly feel the difference. Amazing system, extremely fast, the video quality is amazing! I cant really find a con in the Series X, other then wanting more internal memory but theres always work arounds for that issue. Plus game pass is truly like no other, I love my PS5 but PSN needs to play catch up with game pass.

I’ve upgraded from my Xbox one original and by far glad that I’ve upgraded the Performance is amazing the response time is really fast and I’ve noticed how much faster I connect and load up into online games 10/10 recommend

Great system so far. Upgraded from a One X to the Series X at launch. Dont let anyone tell you they're the same and it's not a significant leap because that's totally false and they couldn't have personally owned both. The quality of life features ALONE make it well worth it. Quick resume is one of those things you didnt know you needed until you actually get to use it for a few months. Tried going back and playing a game on the One X and it was so slow in comparison. Can't wait to see what the developers can do with the games for this system in a few years when they start utilizing it's full potential.

My Xbox Series X arrived right on time. The packaging was not damaged and the console worked perfectly out of the box! THE LOAD TIMES ARE INSANE ON THIS THING! And with Xbox GamePass, you really can't beat the sheer size of the game library at launch. This thing allows you to play Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Xbox Series games all in one place. The games never looked or played as good before. Can't wait to see some new Microsoft exclusives to see how the most powerful console ever handles new experiences.

Best Xbox Ever! Had a slight glitch on initial download where on restart console did that audio pitch freeze/restart but all has been fine since. Disc drive verified to be working. Packaging was cool...like a little present. My son will be thrilled come Christmas. Now if i could just find one for myself. I also recommend the $230 storage upgrade..think of it as a xbox series x pro with 2 tbs nvme ssd storage...superb. I love sleek look and not the monstrosity that is the ps5 trapper keeper edition.

High speed, fantastic quality, I love everything about this Xbox. I love the shape, the size, the color, the whole design, and everything about it.

Best for gaming 4k is everything get a tv with hdmi 2.1 for crazier 4k that feels like 8k

You're so easy just to order online drive there and no lines and just walk right up and get my order everybody is so nice there what an easy experience I loved it

Let me start off by saying that I wanted to love this console. I tend to play more Xbox than Playstation and I normally have Playstation because its what my friends use to play online. The graphics are great, and the load times are next level, and the new features (auto resume, smart delivery, etc.). Also I feel like the SSD expansion port is somewhere that Sony missed out, even if the expansion cards are pricey. All that being said I feel like the controller is where Xbox REALLY missed out. The improvements that were made are really nice, however they are no where near as "next level" as what is in the PS5.

Was worried I wouldn't get it when it said my xbox would be late and if it didn't show up I'd be refunded. My console ended up coming in the next day and it was the first notification I seen when I looked at my phone that morning. This Xbox series X is similar to my xbox one but the loading speeds just to xbox to a whole new level. Can't wait for more games. Thanks Best Buy. Also I've had no issues with this system whatsoever. It doesn't make any noise besides the initial sound when you turn it on.
