Microsoft outdid themselves. The Series X performance is the best there is right now out of all the consoles. I have a PS5 as well and its great to, but no VRR yet which is a big deal if you if you have a good tv. I have the Samsung q90t from 2020 and i can see the difference especially at 120hz. The acquisitions they purchased like Bethesda and several other great developers (Obsidian) may close the huge gap the ps4 gained over the Xbox one last generation. Very happy i paid regular price. Got lucky spamming best buy and picked it up with no issues. I also got the $79.99 protection plan for piece of mind because these consoles are going to be hard to get for awhile yet. Also the series x plays more games at 120hz than sony. Mass effect legendary runs all 3 games at 120 and sony at 60 which is a notable difference. Kudos to Microsoft for admitting its mistakes from last generation and fixed all of them. Game Pass for $14.99 is a steal to say the least.

Best Xbox I’ve ever had absolutely love it Worth every bit

As a lifelong Playstation player, this was my first Xbox console. This console with Game Pass is great value and has more than plenty to keep you entertained. For as powerful as this console is, it runs whisper quiet, which is a huge plus. Compared to the PS5, I love the fact that updates can download while I am not playing, so by the time I power on the console, I can jump right into my games. Whether you are an Xbox fan or looking for your first Xbox, I highly recommend the Series X.

My Xbox series X runs amazingly. I’ve been having so much fun since I got it. Every single game loads up so quickly and seeing things in 4K 60 is really smooth. I was surprised that NBA 2k finally loaded up within 5 seconds. That game always struggled to load on my Xbox one and took forever. The new controller is very comfortable and grippy and sometimes prefer it over my elite controller I have. I also purchased the Xbox game pass ultimate. It contains Xbox live gold and a huge collection of games. And I believe it’s worth every penny especially for avid gamers. Storage does get filled up pretty quickly in my opinion. Downloading Cold War and warzone at the same time took up 200-300 gbs of space. I recommend using an external hard drive for the older Xbox one and 360 games and to save the internal storage space for the big series x/s games. If you have the money for the ssd expansion go for it but I’ll wait for a price drop because I believe it’s way too much money. If you get the opportunity to buy the console then you won’t regret your decision.

I've had this for about a month now and have had no issues as of yet! This machine really runs beautifully and I am very glad I got my hands on one. My housemate (who hasn't upgraded yet) and I were wondering if we'd notice the difference in loading speeds or if it would be more like the graphics situation, where you don't realize there's been an improvement until someone points it out, so we sat down intending to boot up a few games to compare. We started with Skyrim and had a long and detailed plan of study that we didn't have to complete, because it was immediately obvious that this is a LOT faster. It felt crisp. I felt refreshed. That said, you only really want to get a Series X if you care about graphics and loading speeds. If you just want to play games, the regular Xbox One will do just fine since they currently have the same games available and for the most part you won't notice the upgrade in graphics unless you're super observant or have a reference pulled up for comparison.

Love the design, and the performance. It would be nice to have additional storage capacity.

So i bought one just to play Starfield. Currently waiting on release day but i signed up for game pass to check out some games while waiting. So far Ive been very impressed with the cloud streaming. Being able to just browse games and check them out no download needed is awesome. I played fallout 4 just streaming and had zero issues. Looked great and nothing glitched. To be streaming a game of that size in 4k without having to download to the hard drive blew my mind. Ive only owned playstation for the past 10+ years but gotta say xbox are doing something right here. Wouldnt have bought if Starfield was released on playstion so thank you Bethesda. It Just Works

Gaming on this consul is amazing, the 4K is pretty awesome, my boyfriends really mad at me because I keep beating him in video games, my boyfriends mad at me because I’m watching real housewives of Atlanta in 4K.

This XBox rocks, fast and capable of playing my old Xbox games. Great purchase.

I receive my Xbox X about a week ago. I’ve set it up and played a few games. The graphics are stunning And the level of detail in the games is absolutely amazing. Although I’ve only used it a few times I can tell this is going to be a real pleasure to have for years to come.

This console is amazing with stellar graphics and sound, but the biggest surprise was just how easy it was to transition over from my old XBox One X. I set it up through the XBOX app on my phone and it automatically set up my new Series X and transferred all my saves over through the cloud. On my old XBOX, I had a 2TB USB hard drive that I used to keep all my games stored on, and I literally plugged it into my new Series X and it just worked. All the games loaded flawlessly without any effort. It even showed which games were optimized for the Series X|S. When I selected those games, it moved those games over to the internal storage and then updated them to the new X|S version. Honestly apart from unplugging my old USB hard drive from my old XBOX, I didn’t even need it to be on in order to migrate my stuff over to my new XBOX. Also, all my old controllers paired up and worked right away with all the new games without a hitch. I must say that Microsoft really put in some serious effort into making the switch over from an old XBox to this new one super easy and painless.

I love this thing! it’s super fast, had it for a while now and it does everything I want it to and more.
