Really good performance and lots of games on game pass!

hands down One of my favorite systems and now i can play on the go with the upcoming ROG Ally X, definitly worth it

This is an amazing console, 10/10 would recommend to any gamer. Load times are cut to a third of what they used to be, the seamless interface got even more seamless, the graphical capabilities are SUCH a step up from previous generations that on something like GTAV it feels like I’m playing on a PC, and not to mention all that is wrapped in the sleek and convenient black shell. The Xbox Series X is a beast and even though it’s only about a month old at the time of writing this review, I have faith that this was a good investment and I feel like I’ll get a return on it for years to come.

My grandson loved it I got it for him for his birthday and when he comes to visit, he plays it.

I just use this thing for old Sonic games and LEGO HP games. It does the job. Easy interface for scrolling between my streaming apps (ok I use it for like 3 things). We had the old XBOX for around 15 years and it's served us very well. Will be a shame to see it go.

Traded in my Xbox One for this. This would also act as a replacement for our 4K Blu-ray player and hub for streaming services. It hasn't disappointed yet. It's super fast compared to the Xbox One (noticed when I played ME: Legendary Edition on One then Series X). The controller's texture on the hand grips is a nice touch, which helps with long gaming sessions. It's also surprisingly not as large as it seems in photographs. It seems close in overall volume to the Xbox One, and it fits in the same spot I had the One in my TV stand. I also like the fact Microsoft went back to a physical power button. It was annoying when trying to turn off my Xbox One to find the right spot where the touch sensor would read be pressing it. That's no longer an issue. Can't wait to really start using its capabilities when more games designed for the Series X are available.

Love all the features. The disk drive lets me play games I had with my previous xbox. Could have a better fan removal system to clean the fan but otherwise fantastic with cooling. They've done a better job than other models. It runs my games so smoothly it makes the games so muh better to play.

Best console on the market, perfect for professional and casual gamers.

Grabbed it when it was on sale for 349 right before Xmas. It was ready curbside when promised. I was previously a PlayStation gamer but transitioned to pc gaming the last few years. With the purchase of this console my Microsoft store game purchases and game pass made it possible to play my pc purchases. Best Buy, I’m rooting for you, especially your brick and mortars…if the price is the same as Amazon, I’ll order and head your way. Thank you for price matching as well

The Series X was well worth the wait! Graphics are crisp, system is fast and a plethora of options game wise makes it a really good investment. Get the XBOX All Access pass. Well worth the monthly fee given the quality games available!

Usually when a new generation of gaming consoles are announced, I usually hold off until a year has gone by to avoid technical and supply issues that usually exist on release. This time around I found myself in the position to become an "early adopter" and decided to pick up the series x since I already own a 4k tv. Xbox series x has not disappointed with great visuals, games that run much better and load times drastically reduced. Its the upgrade I wasn't sure I needed until I experienced it for myself. Going back to xbox one s afterwards (to help my son with a game) feels like a huge downgrade since upgrading to my own xbox series X. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase and Bestbuy made buying one a breeze with easy curbside pickup. I admit getting one is a bit of task with them selling out so quickly but with a little effort, it can be done and you will be most pleasently surprised with the consoles performance.

Great gaming system with great graphics and game play

I have had every generation of xbox and now I own both a Series X and a PS5. I can say there a quite a few things that Xbox does significantly better, most of which are simple quality of life things: Family profiles managed on the console, not the app. Alexa connectivity. Built in Bluetooth connectivity for wireless headsets. I own both major consoles and I still prefer my Xbox outside of some PS exclusives that I wanted to play

This is a great system. Backwards compatibility is through the roof with previous generation Xbox CD based games, plus you can setup developer mode and turn it into an emulation beast for a lot of other systems from the past. Beyond that you can get game pass and play a ton of current games (think Netflix, but for gaming). This might be the last console from Microsoft with a CD drive built in as well so may want to consider picking this up before the next gen happens.
