The overall quality is great as to be expected from both best buy and Microsoft. The 12 month deal is a life-saver for a gamer that doesn't wanna break the bank with a purchase. Totally recommend it!

great console for the whole family from gaming to streaming movies. This console can handle it all. Very well built. One Con this system does like to collect dust make sure to get it dust free to prevent overheating.

X series!!! What’s not to like about it…. I traded in my Xbox one s for the series X and I must say I made the right decision!! The load time on the game is incredible…. 4k display @ 120 speed on video games was definitely a selling point for me!! This system has games that not only I can enjoy but my family can enjoy from the Xbox store.. so it has now brought my family closer because it is an activity we all can enjoy!!! Dolby atmos and Dolby vision is great!! I just bought my Xbox about a month or so ago .. and I know there are features that I haven’t tap into yet which makes me excited for the future!!!

I waited a bit to write this review. Compared to the PS5 it is great, but it’s hard to like one more than the other. They both have something great to offer. I highly recommend.

I have both the ps5 and Xbox X now. The Xbox x has really impressed me and may have an edge over the playstation. The Xbox feels faster and games look smoother. I have to mention the unpackaging of the console itself. The way it opens and the Xbox is presented is awesome. The only negative I have so far is that the UI seems confusing. However, I am used the the ps5 so, with time, this shouldn’t be a problem.

Excellent gaming console. Family really enjoys playing all the latest xbox games at 4k.

I have owned every Xbox console since its inception, and the Series X is the pinnacle of gaming in terms of loading times and graphics and just overall speed. The big problem I have is that in order to play dedicated Series X games, they must be installed in internal storage and not an external drive. With such limited space on the intermal drive, you might be doing a lot of juggling with installations between internal and external storage. It you are able to handle that inconvenience, then this game console is superb in every other way.

I've had my Xbox Series X for about 9 months now, and I enjoy it. I haven't had any performance issues. I bought an Elite Series 2 Controller that gave me issues, but the one that came with my Xbox works fine.

Yes I know there is a console war and there can only be one, however for us normal folk consider this. Regardless of if you are team Sony or MS both these consoles deliver a punch. This Xbox has a ton of Power in a small package. Also consider that to buy a PC that can deliver the raw power of this console you will have to shell out at least $1,000 for the video card alone. If you want a reasonable costing super gaming box for GamePass then this is the way to go.

This was such an amazing deal. All access gets you the device and game pass all included for only $35 a month. And I got this impossible to find system delivered in 2 days right before Christmas.

The best xbox experience in every way. It's basically like updating a PC, it plays all the old games, it plays them better than ever and now you can play stuff you never could before. For 500 bucks you are never going to get a gaming PC but this will push graphics with the best of them. This is not the Xbox One launch either, there is no fluff on the package here. It has yet to be seen if Sony's backwards compatibility is good but it's not the same as what's going on here. This is a unified system, not backwards compatibility. It plays the same games because it's built on the same framework. Look for interface changes to take advantage and operating system perks in the future but today it is Xbox just better than ever. Couldn't have asked for a sleeker package and more inviting system.

I have both the XBX and the PS5. Both are a big leap forward not only in hardware but also the UI. Controls are smooth and responsive. Not many release titles but the few games that available are pretty solid. I highly recommend spending the money for game pass and/or playstation plus. I do prefer the new PS5 controller to the classic Xbox design. Xbox has had the better controller since PS2 but Sony finally got it right. If you always had Xbox then I'd stick with it and vice versa. If you're new to consoles Xbox usually has the better online gaming service while Playstation will likely have better exclusive titles. As far as the hardware and capabilities you'd be splitting hairs. Best Buy's curbside service has been great and very effective at deterring scalpers.

Local store was out, ordered and had delivery in less than 72 hours. Everything I had hioed it would be.

From a first time gamer it’s an easy and smooth set up process.

I finally got my hands on this and boy was it worth the wait! Super easy to setup and get going. Great for those wanting to also play their 4K BluRay movies (like me) or those wanting to play their favorite XB1 or Xbox One X games on a better console. Only gripe I have is that with certain games, it may force you to install on the internal drive for better performance. This may not bother some with less than 10 games but for those of us that have 15 games or more, the space will be eaten up quickly. Definitely recommend a SSD with 2 TB or more to fully enjoy the system.

I got the X-Box series X gaming console for my son during Thanksgiving. It’s a great device. So much quieter and better performance compared to PS4 he has. Definitely would recommend this console.

Xbox X not thrilled with the design of the shoe box shaped case, like the case more like the late Xbox360 slim. The Xbox X does load fast and does support a external USB drive for great game storage. I had issues when trying to store Xbox One that were compatible, I was able to use my Xbox One external drive and use it on the new Xbox X and login to my Xbox live account and share between the consoles. I like that the the Xbox Live Home is similar between the Xbox One and Xbox X, the SSD drive and graphics load faster and a lot better with 4K GPU support, the only thing I do notice the console seem to run a lot hotter than it should and needs a stronger cooling fan for life of the box. I find that my original Xbox One is still somewhat equal in features except for more storage, faster switching and loading games, faster boot up, SSD drive on the Xbox X.
