It’s everything you think it should be! Lightning fast, great graphics…actually easier to place than my old Xbox One. Using the Xbox app makes setup and data transfer literally too easy. Xbox has really figured out how to make it easy to upgrades systems and keep all your old games and movies. Only downside….they still give you a controller that requires AA batteries and no wire….I’ll never understand that but hey, the system is great. The team at BestBuy did a GREAT job getting me the system and a game I wanted. They helped with upgrading my TV and now upgrading my gaming system….I’m happy!

The Xbox Series X could be better, definitely not worth the money you pay vs buying a PC

First time i boight an item online an picked it up the next day the process was so quick get there walk inside show an ID and get product just awesome. It went so well im doing it again for a second time. The best thing is it saves time an gas instead of driving to store to find out item u want isnt there an going back home wasting gas an time u can check b4 hand make sure item is there an buy it online to guarantee ur trip isnt wasted

The Xbox Series X is a beast. Better specs than the PS5 too. Only complaint is about the controllers which seem to have the right stick jam a little bit after a couple months of high use.

Im from a time where when you bought a console where you’d have to choose what game to buy and sometimes you saved enough birthday money and yoy can possibly get one game. With this Xbox series X and Game pass ultimate i can pretty much walk out with a new console and a library of games from day. The value provides an overwhelming feeling of security and none of the FOMO of years past. Great product would highly recommend for anyone.

With the Zeni-Max acquisition, game pass now with EA play added, and Full RDNA 2 architecture being exclusive to the Xbox Series consoles, as well as games that will utilize Dolby Vision and not just HDR, this generation is shaping up well for Xbox. Enjoying the quick load times and improvements to all of my Backwards compatible games just off hardware alone without additional optimizations. This console is a pure beast, Quick Resume is a feature I didn't think I would need until the Series X came into my home. Awesome feature filled, game filled machine, with Xboxs track record, it will get better with time! I love it! THE FUTURE IS HERE!

Compared to the Xbox One, the Series X feels like Microsoft is trying again. The controllers are compatible with so many devices, EVEN the Xbox One! Game Pass is a ridiculous value to miss out on, especially with Bethesda and Obsidian being under the Microsoft umbrella now. The backwards compatibility is very useful if you already have Xbox games from older generations. Would I recommend it over the PS5? Depends on the user. If you're already in the Xbox ecosystem and you have a 4k tv, yeah, I say go for it. But there's no rush. Neither system has any exclusives that are worth the headache of trying to get it this year through the queues and the scalpers. Good luck if you do want to try, though!

I have been a xbox fan since the og xbox. I truly love the way this xbox X operates and it is so much better then the Xbox one i have had for years now.

Was fortunate enough to get this with the game pass bundle before Christmas. I already own a ps5. The user interface is not as nice as the ps5 but the machine is considerably quieter.

Very good bought. Works well and even when I went to return they had a solution for me.

The Xbox Series X is quick and straightforward to set up. I purchased it from Best Buy using their 12-month same-as-cash financing, plus a $50 Best Buy certificate, making it an excellent deal. The joystick feels great and has a special coating that prevents it from being slippery.

The console runs really smooth. Easiest setup of any of their consoles so far, transferring games over took usually 5 minutes or less. The load times are definitely quicker on this console. The one thing I can not say anything on is the graphics because I have yet to purchase any of the new games that would actually show what this one is capable of. My only major issue with this would be through Best Buy. I ordered this as a pre-order back in September and did not get it until 3 days after the actual release even though I received multiple confirmations that the order was shipped on time and on it's way. Generally would not care about when a product is delivered unless it is something like this where you pre-order and expect to have it at launch.

Everything it was advertised to be it is and more - great rig. Only one glitch in system so far. It will occasionally not allow you to connect to the wireless network. In working with my internet provider and then speaking with Microsoft support they came up with a fix, and it turned out to be a reported issue. To fix go into network settings and clear the alternate MAC address and reboot. You may have to reconnect manually to your network or it may auto connect. Since my purchase it has happened 3 times, all on boot up. Game on.
