Great game system to have in the house. We are an Xbox family in our household.

Can't believe they actually managed to get me one. This thing is in demand for a good reason. Website had a very reasonable queue to wait in, and the ready/pickup time a week in advance was 90% accurate. A customer service rep informed me that the inventory delivery would not arrive on time, but kept me updated all the way to when it finally arrived at the store only a few hours later that night. Curbside pickup was super quick and convenient, and if you know anything at all about this console, it is WELL worth the pricetag. Blows any gaming device that's not a crazy expensive custom built PC straight out of the water. Nothing but a positive experience with both the xbox and best buy customer service.

Bought this for my son when it first came out for Christmas. I was very fortunate to be able to get one online and pick up in person at my local best buy. He was so excited Christmas morning it remind me when I got my Nintendo entertainment system growing up.. he was physically shaking shaking. Like father like son I guess. Been in constant you since he got it and haven't had any issues I did have to give him the expansion memory this year for Christmas but overall a great purchase and a great system way faster than the other Xbox One x. Which was mine until I just got a series x for myself.

It's quite good. Having used my PS5 for the last year, coming back to the Xbox ecosystem is refreshing. There may not be as extensive a catalogue of AAA games from Microsoft's developers, but for me, the integration with Windows and GamePass Ultimate make up for it. Being able to play Atomic Heart and Persona 5 Royal, among others, on my PC and continue with the same save on my Xbox in a different room, or even on my phone with a proper controller, in bed, is one of my favorite things.

As soon as I hooked up the Xbox I could instantly tell a difference in the visual graphics and the frame rate. And with the storage I can download so many games and not have to worry about lagging or getting frame drops. The 120 fps in games is crazy smooth with no stuttering. I’ve gotten many of my other friends to purchase the Xbox, and I would recommend it to anyone who likes playing games.

I have loved playing games at 60-120 FPS, and having game pass has been a godsend. The first party games that have come out have been great recently (Forza Horizon 5, and Halo 5 multiplayer beta). The games in the pipeline sound like this is gonna be a great 2022 for gaming on Xbox and PC (Avowed, Hellblade 2, Starfeild, with many more coming). If you can find either the Xbox Series X or S you have a great year ahead.

This system is everything I hoped for and more. All of my old xbox one X games are series X enhanced and YES, there’s a difference. I threw in injustice 2 on the series X and it is beautiful. Looks much better. As well as assassin’s creed Valhalla. The picture is beautiful and fast. I recommend using the series x to calibrate your tv settings for optimal picture and shading. It’s in your xbox settings. It will calibrate your tv. It will tell you what settings in your tv to change. The old xbox does the same. Anyway, definitely worth the buy.

I’m very happy with the XSX and Best Buy for making it possible to purchase without being scalped. Bundling the Game Pass Ultimate for 2 years was brilliant. Thanks again.

I love this xbox and it faster they all of the other xboxs. Better graphs

This is the most detailed graphic design I’ve experienced since the Xbox One console. I like the 4K feature the consoles design and that it is nit heavy! The games load really fast on and iffline. The quality is epic across all gaming standards. The remote control is also a better design than the ikder models! I’m stolked for this system. Can’t wait to see what’s next!

So far, so good. I decided to switch back to Xbox and trying a PS4. I think the PlayStation's are better and have less issues...but there were a few Microsoft games that I really wanted to play, that weren't available on Playstation. The controller is kinda bulky. Playstation's seemed more comfortable. And the "share" button is annoying because you keep accidentally hitting it when trying to press the "view" button.

We own a switch and have for a few years. Decided to buy an Xbox and finally bought this one. Took longer than expected to set up and link accounts from the switch. Probably because I had three profiles, two which were kids accounts and nothing wanted to merge right. Take that frustration out and now that it is up and running all seem to enjoy it. I am surprised at the storage need for games when downloaded. I would suggest the 2TB version.

We are a gaming family and purchasing from BestBuy is the best decision I made in awhile. It took me quite awhile but was finally able to purchase these great gaming devices for my grandchildren. I tried buying direct from Microsoft but that never seamed you work and finally going to my BestBuy account and saving the XBox to my favorites list and going back and checking it’s availability it took only a few weeks for me to obtain mine. I have been able to purchase several other item that are hard to purchase during these times of supply chain issues also. Thank you BestBuy, I’ll be back because Christmas is coming soon! Great system game pass is best deal on the market. I have had no problems with this device and streams videos and runs online gaming with ease. Best money for a gaming system I’ve ever spent.

I love this Xbox! Intuitive, compact and runs really well. It was well worth the upgrade from the Xbox series S in terms of storage and gameplay. The gamepass is a huge perk on here allowing me to seamlessly switch between games and sample a wide range of genres. Navigating the settings and menus on this console feels less easier and more customizable than others.

It's a xbox series x and gamepass what isn't there to like. The gamepass is built into the xbox I was confused when the bestbuy ppl said they'd email me the code.
