I upgraded because my Xbox one went down. So far it has been great, worked right out of the box and was easy to set up. Pretty much everything transferred over and I got right back to my games and streaming. The pickup process through best buy and payment through citizens pay was seem less except for best buys website not working for a location switch to a Best Buy closer to me, I had to deal with their online chatbot for about 15 minutes but that was a minor inconvenience all things considered.

So happy with this purchase. The updated speed and graphics make the gaming experience so much more fun

So, I’d originally bought the Series S because I was unable to get my hands on this one even though it was the one I wanted. I wanted to go next gen, but also be able to play copies of games I’d already purchased for the Xbox One X. Great next gen gaming for a reasonable price. I was initially skeptical after purchasing the entry level S console, but it packs a punch. So glad a upgraded. So glad I can start playing my old games and old games I’d never opened as well. A whole new world has opened up for me. I was so impressed with the optional hard drive I purchased with the S I bought a larger one for this one and have tons of storage.

Works as advertised. Nice upgrade from the Xbox One. Nice speed and graphics. Only negative is that I needed to spend $$$ to replace my tv with a new LGOLED to take advantage of the increased capabilities of the new Xbox Series X.

Bought this during Black Friday, bummed they have a better deal right now for it but my bf loves this thing.

I loved my new Xbox. Fast as ever and super convenient. The quick resume and fast load times make my life a lot faster and easier when it comes to gaming or watching shows/movies. The download speeds of games is beyond exceptional.

Absolutely love it. Husband bought it for me as a Valentines gift and its amazing. Graphics are great. No issues with it except something that was my fault. Everything is boxed well, though the box itself could be better. We keep the boxes for moving and this box will have to be taped shut compared to previous gen. Also ran out of storage very fast and had to buy a new storage as the one i had wasnt compatible with the X.

doesn’t disappoint! not that much of a change from the last gen but specs are GREAT. Runs super smooth and great graphics

Been an Xbox fan since the 360. This console runs really quite and loads games really fast. Quick resume is awesome, your in the last game you played instantly. Hope you have a 4k TV to play on cause it makes the games look amazing!

Load times are unbelievably fast. Graphics on enhanced editions of games are stunning. Quick resume has some bugs, but is glorious when it works. Only downside is not having enough titles optimized for the power of the series x.

A+ time great upgrade. I really enjoy the enhanced graphics and faster speed.

I purchased this as a birthday gift ans he loves it. He gives it a 5. Great graphics, moves faster and overall better game play.

pros: top of the line graphics game pass ultimate rocks over 400 games system is quite and cool cons: looks like a mini fridge games like starfield run locked at 30 fps lacking games that are sony exclusive like god of war

I was lucky enough to get one. The best Xbox console. Very Powerful and fast upload! Upgraded from the Xbox One. I Love the simple design look. Overall performance is amazing. I would recommend it anyone looking to upgrade.

I haven't owned a gaming console in about 8 years. This one is fast and the graphics are incredible!
