Upgraded to the Series X from Xbox One. The graphics are infinitely better and it operates much faster than the One. Most games are compliant from the previous Xbox (unless they specifically say otherwise). We had been monitoring multiple sites to try to find the Series X. The store didn’t have it in stock in store, but we were able to order it for in store pick up and got it within a week.

Coming from an Xbox One X, this was a massive upgrade. Insanely fast load times, 1TB of storage (although new games are getting bigger & bigger), and plays so smooth on my Sony A80L OLED.

The most powerful console out right now! 120hz and support for more monitors than the PS5 plus being overall more powerful of a console makes this the most competitive option! The fact that Halo Infinite and the future Bethesda games will all be Xbox exclusive makes this console in its own league. I’m a PC player and I bought this for my girlfriend and she’s in love with it. The little amount of time I’ve had with it has already impressed me as well.

First console purchase since the original xbox one. The one X is an amazing console, very fast the load times for games is almost not existant. And with 4k graphics so far it's performed exactly how i need it to and more

Got this bad boy on launch day and wanted to wait to give it some time before giving my thoughts. So far I’ve had 0 issues and tons of hours put into it. THIS THING IS INCREDIBLE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY IT! Super fast, amazing graphics, awesome games (thanks gamepass.) This machine makes PS5 look like the weaker younger brother who’s trying too hard to look cool. This is worth every penny if your a hardcore gamer. Boys this is it... everything we’ve ever wanted. Incredible system. I love this system. It is so powerful. I love to play video games on this system. I like this one better than the series s. I think this is more of a next generation system than the series s. I wish they make more series x for the public to buy in the future. Everybody deserves to be able to buy this system at a regular price and not pay more. I wish Best Buy could somehow help its members to be able to buy this system.

Finalky decided to upgrade from xbox one. What a difference. Amazing loading speed for the games. One drawback is that the games have become robust and large file sizes. And even 1Tb is not enough if you want to have more than 6 games.

Updated my daughter’s gaming system and she loved it!

I’ve owned this for about a year now and haven’t had any issues. If you’re on the ropes still for upgrading your Xbox one to a series X or even the S, I’d say it’s worth it, once I switched to the new model all of my games have run smoother and it makes for a better experience.

In love with the series X. Doesn’t take up too much space, makes no noise even in super demanding games. The load times/overall performance for games whether they’re older gen or series x enhanced has been great. The quick resume feature has been hit or miss and I’ve had some weird problems here and there playing back compat. games that are installed on an external hard drive so hopefully that gets resolved, but other than those 2 minor complaints I’m very happy with the series X.

Purchasing experience was fantastic! A few months later and we love our Series X. Best buy credit card makes making payments a breeze!

I purchased the Xbox X to upgrade from my older Xbox One. It represents a significant speed improvement over the old system. I'm glad I made the upgrade.

It's hard to find a better gaming console platform than you get with XBOX. The gaming horsepower is amazing and buying it at Best Buy with its selection and sale make a good thing GREAT!
