Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easily one of the best hardware jumps in consoles. 60fps, 60-120hz, 4k HDR all together were only available to PC players for the longest time. Now that's available to console players and it's game-changing. One quick caveat: You MUST have a hdmi 2.1 enabled monitor/TV to really get the best experience out of the Series X. Without it, you're still getting the game changing 60 fps, but potentially missing out on 4k HDR, and definitely missing out on 120hz (for those games that have that).

FINALLY KEEPING UP WITH PC PLAYERS IN PC LOBBIES!! (Yes, you can play with console players only if you want and it’s a total pay to win advantage against older generation console players) All of the games feel super smooth and fast! The Xbox series x also has ray tracing for games like Call of duty Cold War that make the graphics really stand out when the option is enabled! My only issue is the storage space because I play A LOT of games so I would definitely recommend an external seagate storage drive or wait for the new SSD price to drop!

This thing is FAST!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn’t really have a reason to upgrade from my original XBOX One, it still works and the games are great BUT the Series X made me realize what I was missing out on. Games load 100x faster, storage capacity is insane (I have 10+ games installed on the Series X and still have over half available), and even the graphics on older games look better. Setup was a breeze and essentially cloned my XBOX One in about 20 minutes total. If you have reservations, set them aside and pull the trigger. It’s worth the upgrade. Game pass makes it even better. One happy customer here.
